Beautiful view over Costa Brava. Best hotel in the area with private beach lots of activities. Clean and tidy friendly staff. Highly recommend!

The setting, relaxing sea view from ones balcony, the so friendly reception on driving up to the hotel, the hotel facilities, a choice of restaurants ( wise to book a table a day before ) Rooms, depending on ones budget, we were fortunate to have a Junior Suite, are huge, as is the bed - good air con. If one has a mobility problem there are many steps, but there is a lift. For us, a lovely friendly hotel & again - the friendly staff.

Nous avions passé de très bonnes vacances en 2019 puis nous y sommes revenus en 2024 et nous avons été très surpris par le personnel très peu impliqué.Il manque un bon manager pour un hôtel de ce standing ce fût très décevant sauf pour le voiturier fort sympathique.Malgré un cadre magique je ne pense pas y revenir quel dommage.

Emplacement exceptionnel gentillesse du personnel qualité des produits servis. Proximité de la plage différents restaurants pour apprécier la cuisine locale propreté de l'hôtel et des restaurants service impeccable, personnel à l'écoute des clients.

Le positif Le petit déjeuner, le panorama, le personnel attentionné. Un grand Merci à JAOUAD pour sa gentillesse et sa courtoisie, merci également à FLAVIE. Personnel professionnel, agréable et bienveillant dans tous les postes de travail (voiturier, accueil,restauration). La vue est extraordinaire. Le négatif Nous avions la chambre 112 qui se trouve près de la réception, bruyante, porte d’entrée mal isolée. Décoration minimaliste. Le cadeau d’accueil pour un séjour de 4 nuits est de deux bouteilles d’eau de 25cl et 2 capsules de café et le tout non renouvelées. Chambre spacieuse, bonne literie. Salle de bain serviettes rêches, peignoir très usagé. WC non séparé. Les verres n’ont pas été nettoyées, les dosettes de produits pour se laver ne sont pas renouvelées systématiquement lorsqu’il en restait à peine dans le flacon.

Das Personal ist sehr nett, Das Hotel ist alt und nur tlw. renoviert. Der Renovierungsstau ist deutlich zu spüren. 5 Sterne ohne Pool (der Miniindoorpool ist nichts), ohne eigenem Strandteil, ohne Liegestühle vom Hotel am Wasser, kein richtiger Spa - Bereich ist selten und irritiert. Will man Strand kann man in ein paar hundert Meter entferntem öffentlichen Strand Liegen mieten. Man sollte unbedingt gut zu Fuß sein denn es sind unendlich viele Treppen im Haus. Essen gut. Bei 600!Euro die. Nacht die Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine extra bezahlen müssen kenne ich nirgends in der Klasse. Schade dass das Hotel nicht lebt was es darstellen will. Bei den Preisen sind die 5 Sterne spürbar, doch….
