Hotel di quattro piani, senza ascensore (informazione per chi viaggia con bagagli). In camera non c’è l’aria condizionata, solo un ventilatore, pertanto bisogna tenere la finestra aperta. Stanza affacciata sulla strada, alle 6:30 inizio pulizia strade, camion spazzatura in azione e manutenzione strada. Buona colazione a buffet, letto comodo e camera pulita.

Only rated below 5 because the WiFi was hit and miss upstairs in our bedroom might just need repeaters as WiFi on ground floor was excellent. And no lifts to the 3 accommodation floors. Hotel very very handy for access to both the city centre and also to the River Seine, we also had secure parking and it was very secure. Modern hotel but very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was first class, great options and very good service. Would stay here again if we are in this area, price wise very reasonable.

Very convenient location close to walk to all major sites. Our room on first floor (no lift) was large with an extra bed/couch in it, walk in shower, quiet. Staff (owner’s son) was very pleasant, English//French speaker, took our luggage upstairs. Breakfast was very plentiful, bright atmosphere with tables in main lobby area. Highly recommend.

Very well located. Good to have a secure car park. Friendly people running it. Breakfast good. Rooms small and basic but that reflects price point. The only drawback is there is no elevator. Carrying cases to the 4th floor was hard work and this may not be ideal for everyone.

Prenotato il giorno della partenza l’host non ha mai inviato il link per il pagamento. Il link è arrivato mentre eravamo in aereo e all’arrivo non era più funzionante. Irreperibile l’host e la stanza comunque addebitata. Evitatelo accuratamente

Das Hotel ist zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Das Zimmer war etwas "verlebt" und hatte deutliche Spuren. Das Personal ist aber sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Gutes Frühstück. Würde dort wieder hingehen.

La peggiore camera di hotel della mia vita. L’ hotel si trova in una posizione strategica a due passi dal centro storico, ma è l’unico pregio di una struttura datata e mal tenuta. Non è presente l’ascensore (tre piani di scale con le valige), la camera è spaziosa ma vecchia con i mobili logori e marci. L’armadio a muro ha perso la porta, il serramento interno è ballerino e ha addosso almeno 10 strati di vernice, idem il calorifero con i tubi a vista che vanno dal pavimento al soffitto. La porta del bagno non si chiude, il bagno in sé è strettissimo e ha un persistente odore di isolante plastico marcio. Sono stato su barche a vela con bagni più spaziosi e meno puzzolenti, e come sulle barche una volta seduto sul water puoi facilmente appoggiare la testa alla parete di fronte. La stanza è priva di aria condizionata, il Wi-Fi prende solo al piano terra, ripeto: nel 2023 in un hotel non c’è l’aria condizionata e il Wi-Fi in tutta la struttura. Non è presente una cassaforte in camera e sono presenti solo le tende oscuranti, i vicini dai balconi possono osservarvi liberamente quando uscite dal bagno dopo la doccia, inoltre la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Passabile la colazione, anche se la totale assenza di qualsiasi etichetta non aiuta le persone allergiche.

We liked this small clean and conveniently located hotel in Rouen. Located on a quiet stree close to the river and within a 5 minute walk of the cathedral and centre of town, it had a small locked ground floor car park (15 euros/24 hours) and the reception staff spoke excellent English. It was a good place to stay and easy to find. We were warmly welcomed and our room on the third floor was small but adequate. It had a small bathroom with a shower, a tiny hanging spce for clothes, a comfortable 5 foot double bed, a small desk for work and a big screen TV. The room was quiet, modern and clean - and serviced daily. However, although it had a hair drier, there was no tea nd coffee making facilities and a only a very slow wi-fi connection. Downstairs there was a plesant breakfast area (13 euros per person) where you could also sit and chat to friends. (We found it cheaper to buy some croissants and coffee at a cafe in Rouen centre). I would have given the hotel a higher rating if the internet and coffee facilities ahd been better. But I would come again. The location was excellent, the staff friendly and the hotel perfectly good.
