When I got to the hotel I didn't receive the payment from the trip. It took a long time to contact the staff. In the end, the payment was not received in full and the money was refunded the next day. I'm sorry and wasted a lot of time. The hotel does not provide any assistance in contacting officials. Hardly any help, reception has no service mind and works slowly.

Non-smoking room, but the smell of smoke is strong, the exhaust system is poor, the air in the room is not circulated, there are no facilities in the room, and there is no air duct. I asked the customer service and the answer was to borrow the left. never book
