Last week, our team had the pleasure of experiencing a team-building retreat at the beautiful Hotel Cervus in St. Moritz, Switzerland. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views and the staff's warm hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious stay in the picturesque Swiss Alps. The hotel manager, Ms. Simone Müller was incredibly nice, friendly, and understanding. She ensured that our stay was smooth and attended to all our needs with great attention to detail. Furthermore, when we encountered an unexpected last-minute cancellation, Ms. Müller was very accommodating and kindly waived the cancellation fee, which was highly appreciated. The hotel's swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath were among the major factors that drew us to stay at Hotel Cervus. These facilities proved exceptional and provided an excellent way to unwind and bond as a team after our busy days. Our rooms at the hotel were stunning. They were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated with tasteful decors. The well-equipped amenities in every room made our stay even more comfortable. It's no exaggeration to say that these were some of the most beautiful rooms we have ever experienced in Switzerland. During our overnight stay, we were treated to a delicious breakfast in the morning, featuring freshly made croissants and eggs cooked to order. The attention to detail and commi**ent to quality was evident in this memorable dining experience. In conclusion, our stay at Hotel Cervus in St. Moritz was genuinely unforgettable. The combination of the hotel's luxurious facilities, the attentive staff, and the enchanting surroundings made for a perfect team-building retreat. Randolins is the Right resort in St. Moritz for wellness. From the second I arrived here, I feel the Balance of the Nature which bring me to the next level of happiness on my Trip in Switzerland . The crew resort is full of hospitality . The Family Room is so homie . Stay here means stay in compassion and happiness . We’ll Come back for a long stay here next time. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

I never take the time to write reviews as i’m more of a “direct feedback” person, but i have to share this one.. We left this magical place with a full heart. The rooms were top notch, i loved all the wooden details as well as all the nitty gritty you don’t want to miss in a home away from home. Kicked of the day with a savory and sweet breakfast in their cozy and calm setting, overlooking the centre of town. The family lead 4 star individual hotel, is filled with stories and made us feel like we became a part of it. My very special recommendation is the Pasta Luigi at Lapin Bleu - i had it ON REPEAT.

I have stayed at the Hauserhotel several times over the past 5 years and it continues to be one of the best mid range hotels in Switzerland. The welcome, the location, the comfort are all superb and I recommend anyone coming to St Moritz to come and stay here. It is that simple, you will not be disappointed and only impressed. Very convenient location with bus ride to different parts of town. Has hotel car for free to take you from and to station. Lovely ski lodge theme room. Very nice hearing. Breakfast was standard, could see it snowing outside

The walls are thick and there is no sound in the next room at all, and the restaurant next door is so I heard a little music, but I don't care. It was hard to get off the bus from the station and get to this hotel because the slope was hard in San Moritz. Since Google Maps taught me the road with stairs, it is difficult to climb from the stop, so I think it is better to use the sidewalk along the road. It is relatively beautiful if the hotel has been renewed. I'm a little wondering who's the hobby of the interior of the wall?

I had a cute 2-story loft, and the place was super clean, and the bed was so comfy! The living room area was very spacious with a couch, chairs, and table. If I stayed longer, I would've made use of the kitchenette - it was well stocked with cups, pans, and utensils. The location is very convenient - walking distance to the bus or trains - which was perfect for going on hikes! The staff there is also very friendly; really nice and helpful hotel reception staff, and a very sweet bartender at the hotel bar! There are a few restaurants within walking distance from the hotel inn lodge, but you can also order light snacks and food at the hotel bar. I would definitely stay here again if I go back to visit Celerina again!

A charming hotel, clean and modern rooms. There are 3 different restaurants which looked very very nice. I need to come back next time, especially to the steak house. We only had breakfast, which was very tasty. Different kind of fresh artisanal bred and Zopf, fresh smothies, local cheese, fruits and many more. The coffee was excellent (I love good espresso), but also tea was offered in a large variety. The omelet was complementary and made with mountain cheese and tomatoes. We could cut ourselves fresh dried ham from the Berkel machine - very cool! The hotel ist just next to the nordic ski track and they offer a shuttle (or 10min walk) to the alpine resort. Thank you very much for the excellent service and very kind staff. We will come again
