I was in 409 and my door was so hard to open. The vent didn’t cover the hole in the wall. Bathroom door didn’t close the handle didn’t work. But the room was clean and really that’s all I need.

They are going to charge you 15.00 a night for parking. This will not show in the price and they will likely not tell you about it at check in or out so just be aware.

Not great. The people working there were very friendly, and helpful. Only reason it gets two stars instead of one. The rooms are not in good shape - windows were dirty. The AC kept shutting off and on randomly. The fitted sheet kept coming off from one corner like it was slightly too small for the mattress. Housekeeping knocked on my door loudly 3 times despite the DND hanger being inserted in the card reader (and actually still tried to enter the room once!) make sure your staff knows what “do not disturb” means in Spanish. The elevator floors were sticky. The carpet was iffy. Poorly lit. Old tub. You name it. Just kind of a disappointment. Also the website says it is 1.1 miles to Allianz Field - which is a complete lie. It’s like 3 miles.

Staff was friendly but our bathroom didn’t have cold water until the morning we checked out. Housekeeping also started knocking on our door at 8am on a Sunday and obviously we were sleeping and when they opened the door that’s when we woke up, they then also knocked at 9am and 10 am and just felt like we were being rushed out. Pool and hot tub area also had way to much chlorine to the point it was burning our eyes. Honestly wasn’t really the best place we’ve ever stayed but wasn’t the worst, probably wouldn’t stay again though as being awoken at 8am to someone entering your hotel isn’t the best thing.
