New, clean, great location, great price, love all the room layout, including several wall hooks! They even promptly came to my room to fix my loose toilet seat upon notification.
Only negative was that the TV, though the screen was huge, sharp, and smart (I could even check out from it), had a very limited number of channels and I missed seeing my home NBA team play a conference finals game, which was disappointing and hard to believe because most other hotels I stayed in on this long trip carried these basic channels -- even the ones of much lesser quality!

Clean modern hotel. Love the hooks in the rooms-- why don't more hotels have those? Would definitely stay here again.

Room was fine. Hotel is fine. The bathroom was not clean. Hair all over the shower, it was gross. Cleaning and rinsing throughout the shower was not done.

The Avid decor is fun, bright, minimalist and the rooms are spacious. We had a walk-in shower that was excellent. On the downside, there is no way to fully silence the heat/ac. Even when turned off it still buzzes. Also the matress on the bed was worn out and uncomfortable.
