Location: 6mins from Saitama-shintoshin station. Opposite to Coccon City Mall Rooms: very functional. Loved the note on the bed stating that suitcases can be placed under the bed. Very friendly reception staff. Room was clean, shared bathroom was clean although another guest had been using the cubicle as a smoke room. Room was basic but comfortable and not overly noisy. Communual bath was clean, large and relaxing. Location is very close to the station, however it is sitwd within the adult area.
