I was not happy with the amount of money paid for our stay. I am a DVC member and traded 144 points for two bedroom condo for family to stay at this place. We were located on the first floor 6351 in the corner. The unit would have been ok if we didn’t hear clanging all times of the night due old piping. Then it rained later that even only to find out gutters clanging noises. The hotel was unable to move us and only offered $200 voucher which had to be spent in 1 day. This is completely nonsense. We are inconvenienced and the only offer is $200? I preferred that they reimbursed my points and that wasn’t an offer. They had to know the unit had bad piping and to allow people to endure this inconvenience is crazy. The indoor/outdoor pool was great. Food expensive and would purchase elsewhere. The rooms appear dated and had an old feel to them. Smores event nice but expensive. They offer $5 and $20 packs. Better to get the $20 pack if for more than 1 person. Otter activities and each have a separate fee. We had a good time because of the pool.

Great, family friendly place to stay. Location seemed like a safe, well kept area of San Antonino, and was close to a Neighborhood Walmart, and Sea World. Kids loved the pool and slides, and the lazy river was wonderful. Though we didn't use them, there was Ping pong, shuffle board, volleyball / badminton, a playground for younger kids, and other amenities available to use too. Staff were helpful, and accommodations were clean, comfortable and spacious. Our 2 bedroom, 3 bed unit had a washer, dryer, two bathrooms, and full kitchen. I would definitely recommend staying again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The kids loved that they had a heated pool and the lazy river! We also enjoyed all of the different activities that the resort had available for all ages!

Property is well maintained. Only 1 restaurant. Lazy river is quieter than main pool, a lot of young families. Will need a car.

The staff was great. Just a few fixable problems. We had a super squeaky bathroom door, noisy neighbors with kids, and a bathroom faucet that splashed out all over the mirror, counter and floor if you turned the water on too fast or high. Overall the place was great We love the fire pits, hot tub, lazy river and walking trail.
