The hotel staff is nice, very friendly and professional. Check in was quick and they also asked where you wanted to stay. The room was just like usual, but the breakfast was good.

The staff at this Hampton is incredible it’s been a long time since I could say this about an establishment. Food was great.

There were no staff members to clean my room the entire stay (3 nights). Also they kept running out of bath towels for the guest.

We stayed here in February 2024 and June 2024. Both times my Ford F150 was broken into. The thieves pop the driver door lock damaging it to gain access. We walked the parking lot looking at other Ford F150 trucks. We found four other Ford F150 pickups broken into. One of the Ford F150 had a broken driver side passenger window and both tail lights stolen. The desk staff says this happens all the time at this facility, the hotel across the highway and at the hospital. I will never stay at this location again as the hotel in my opinion is complicit in this as they know this is going on and they do not hire security. Don't stay here if you own a Ford F150.

Convenient location, many stores and restaurants within 5 minutes, central place between SeaWorld, Natural Bridge Caverns, and Downtown which were all destinations we wanted to see. Our room was not great though, loud generator or something nearby kicked on every couple hours, room was "muggy" with a weird smell and dated.

When it gets busy they don’t service rooms. If you’re staying more than one night don’t expect your room to be cleaned or towels to get replaced.
