Service of the staff was fabulous. Loved them all.
Location was fantastic
Bar and restaurant were amazing.
Room was very clean but only the towels replaced and the beds were made daily. Floors should be vacuumed daily.

Cet établissement de petite taille (une douzaine de chambres) dans lequel nous avons séjourné une semaine présente de très nombreux atouts. Tout d'abord son emplacement au centre l'île, donc à distance raisonnable de tous les sites touristiques, notamment du Parc de Timanfaya. Il est situé dans la région des vignobles (et même au milieu des vignes !), qui est beaucoup plus calme (moins surpeuplée de touristes) que d'autres parties de l'île. Depuis notre chambre nous avions une très belle vue sur le vignoble de la Florida et les volcans. Les chambres sont spacieuses et de bon confort. Les nôtres bénéficiaient de balcons. L'établissement possède une piscine, un agréable petit jardin et un parking. Le petit déjeuner, servi sous forme de buffet est convenable. Présence également d'un restaurant qui sert une cuisine locale de bonne qualité. Service prévenant au restaurant et très bon accueil d'une manière générale. Enfin, le rapport prestation/prix est remarquable. Le seul tout petit bémol est qu'il n'y a plus personne à la réception après 16h30. Au bilan, nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir à l'occasion d'un prochain voyage dans la splendide île de Lanzarote.

We were not disappointed with our 8 night stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean & spacious with a large bathroom and balcony. The restaurant served excellent meals, and had lovely views of the adjacent vineyard and volcanic mountains beyond. This hotel is located centrally within the island, so is well placed for touring, and is just a 20 minute drive from the airport. Our only minor grumble was the diner menu (although extensive), it remained the same for all 8 nights, but as I have said, the food was very good. We were too busy exploring the island, so didn't have chance to use the gym or sauna! I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was so nice, nice staff like animazione they were so nice with everything, they try all the best for everybody. Also the hotel is in a good zone for going outside with friends to take some drink or to spent a nice time. Also the thing that I love it was the waterpark was so nice.

Excrément bien situé sur l’île, il est gérer par de remarquables professionnels. Toujours à l’écoute et avec le sourire. Francais, anglais sont maîtrisées Et d’autres. Un p’tit dej terrible et un restaurant excellent et abordable. Sans hésiter il sera mon hébergement pour mon prochain séjour.

Excellent accueil, personnel polyglotte et agréable, chambre très confortable, restaurant super et très beau décor ! Je n’ai passé qu’une nuit et serais bien fêté plus longtemps mais l’hôtel était complet !! Je recommande chaleureusement

Warm welcome to hotel, information at check in was good.
Comfortable room, clean and spacious. Good breakfast and evening dinners. Enjoyed the walk around the Finca and also the 30 minute walk amongst the vines to El Grifo Winery. Pool was nice and refreshing. Reception staff were very helpful.

What a delightful little hotel. It is situated in the middle of the Lanzarote vineyards with some lovely views towards two volcanoes. The rooms are large and simple, but with plenty of storage space for clothes. The bathroom is also very good. Whilst the hotel is just off a main road, it is quiet. Breakfast is a simple buffet, but quite adequate. Dinner in the evening was excellent. There was a large range of interesting dishes and the service was very good. Whilst we didn’t use the facilities, there was a pool and a sauna, within the garden. The team at the hotel were quite exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. We would be happy to return

Clientela silenziosa, camere spaziose con un ampio balcone (noi abbiamo scelto una superior), personale cortese e professionale. Una menzione speciale per la cucina, davvero di buon livello
