El PEOR HOTEL DE SAN CRISTOBAL. 1) no hay calefacción! Hacen 9 grados y no tienen para calentar la habitación. 2) le dan las llaves de tu habitación a otros huéspedes. Me estaba bañando y entraron personas que estaban haciendo el check in a mi habitación. 3) no hacen la limpieza de la habitación. Nunca fue tan ofensiva mi estancia cómo está. No dejen nada en su habitación porque no es seguro! Seguro les roban.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicadmuy cerca del centro de la ciudad y otras atracciones. Tiene supermercados, bancos, restaurantes, farmacias, etc... La habitaciones limpias y buen servicio del personal. No cuentan con restaurante propio, solicitamos hielos y fue casi imposible adquirirlos. Olvidaron un dia ponernoa toallas y la cafetera nunca llego. Si volveria a hospedarme solo es recomendado tomen los comentarios en cuenta

En general tiene muy mal servicio. El restaurante es súper lento y nada variado. La gerente es grosera y prepotente. Las habitaciones son microscópicas y además q se oye todo el ruido. La gente de limpieza ni los buenos días responde. El internet no funciona. Instalaciones viejas y nada recomendable

Durante mi estancia de 4 días hubieron 2 eventos durante la mañana, pareciera como una feria de agencias de viajes, el problema es que era en su sala de descanso que está muy cerca de las habitaciones de abajo y fue fastidioso escuchar tanto ruido desde las 7:00 am, e incómodo salir de tu habitación y tener tanta gente cerca de ella. El hotel no es malo, pero es muy básico.
