We absolutely loved this hacienda. The hotel, the courtyard and the rooms are gorgeous! Each detail of the decoration is amazing and screams authenticity and old charm. There are even several peacocks roaming around. We had a separate tap for filtered drinking water in the room which changes from all the plastic bottles in other hotels. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful - we had an issue with our car and they helped calling the rental company many times and trying to find someone speaking English. An amazing place to stay! It didn't bother us at all not to be in the center center of the city. Three blocks away from the hotel on the right we found a hole in the wall "Los Insurgentes de San Cristobal" where we had the best food and smoothies in Mexico so far! We went there each evening for 3 days, it was that good!

Excellent place, very comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, very beautiful hacienda, goes back to colonial times; and has a large collection of ancient objects, with their respective description. Ideal for resting and spending time with family or with the pajera.

The staff was great ; the room was large, comfortable and very clean. Public transportation was very accessible. Lots of restaurants, pubs, attractions in the area. There is a small restaurant in the hotel that serves a great breakfast!

The hotel is rustic but rustic should not be neglected, the bathroom with broken windows and covered with a simple towel, to bathe the water pressure is horrible you almost have to bathe with drops! To level the water it is terrible so you either bathe with boiling water or you bathe with frozen water. The bathroom furniture is crooked and old, toilet paper and public bathroom soap and to bathe they only give you a bar of soap. Sheets and pillowcases old, yellow and BROKEN, not torn a little, torn! The attention of the night watchman or guy on the night shift is zero cuts and with a very cold and disinterested attitude, even annoying, he does not help with the suitcases and only points out where your room and the parking lot is. In the morning they interrupt your sleep with the cleaning lady yelling at you if you want them to clean you. The common areas are very nice but you will not find convenience or comfort in this hotel, it is also 15 minutes from the center.

Charming residence on the outskirts of the historic center of the city (It takes 15 minutes by public transport to get there). We were a little scared when we arrived in the neighborhood but once we entered the inn, the medieval atmosphere was guaranteed. The exteriors are very pretty (people come with photographers to immortalize the moment). The room was clean, spacious and with a king-size bed. Unfortunately, as in any stone residence, the rooms are cold. The breakfast was included in our price; coffee, fruit and some bread. Not very filling but it helps start the day. The staff is welcoming and was able to answer our questions.
