The lighting in the room is very smart, and there are not many types of breakfast, but breakfast is like that in every hotel in the United States. The location is very good, it only takes ten minutes to walk to Moscone Hall! This one is safer. The bed is large, suitable for two people. Check-in and check-out are self-service. There is a microwave available in the restaurant. You can ask the waiter for hot water. There are no slippers, hot water kettle, toothbrush, etc. in the room. There is hand soap, shower gel, etc.

The room is compact but perfect as it has everything that you need. It’s cozy and extremely comfortable. The common areas are clean and well maintained and the entire vibes of the place is just great.

That’s my second stay at CitizenM hotel. The first one was at LA and this one in SF. Really it’s my first choice due to the quality of the services.
It will be better if they let people do self check in without interrupting them.

The room facilities are stylish and the sound and light insulation are very good. You can have a quiet rest in the downtown area. It's good.
