The building is old, but I felt that they were trying to keep it clean. There is a terrace for 25 euros, and it is a great price with meals, so it can't be helped. There was also a hot shower and I was able to relax slowly in the room.

Chambre rustre avec une odeur d’égout atroce, ménage presque absent, tache d’humidité murs et plafonds, salle de bains petite et pas propre et odeur indescriptible. Nourriture infecte froid cuit le midi et pas réchauffer quantité désastreuse. N’y allez surtout pas

Vinimos a Murcia por Asuntos propios y cogimos este hotel por su precio y zona, la verdad que los empleados, sobre todo la chica que está en los desayunos muy amables!! Pero el hotel por barato que sea deja mucho que desear, las habitaciones tienen humedad, tienen suciedad las habitaciones (por lo menos la nuestra que nos toco), y hemos pasado el finde semana con una cucaracha… algo que no ha sido agradable, la verdad que una reforma en las habitaciones sería la bomba! Repetiríamos seguro porque el hotel en las zonas comunes está genial, pero no dormiríamos otra noche más allí ahora mismo sin saber dónde pisas 😕😕

The room was dirty with a broken sink ,broken table ripped bedding,very unhygenic. I went and voiced my opinion the night receptionist who was very pleasant,but I don't pay good money however cheap to be talked to with disrespect

Hotel con su tiempo, pero con un personal muy atento y amable. Decoración antigua, pero habitaciones limpias. La atención ha sido muy correcta, tanto para nosotros como para los niños que venían con nosotros. La zona de la piscina abierta y bien cuidada.

L'albergo è economico ma da più di quello che vale, soprattutto per quanto riguarda i pasti. La colazione è normale, per un albergo di poche stelle, e la cena è sempre stata comunque più che buona. Ci siamo passati 2 volte nel tour della costa mediterranea, 1 all'andata, e 1 al ritorno, ed entrambe le volte siamo rimasti soddisfatti.

Mauvais accueil, voyant que nous ne comprenions pas, ce monsieur n’a fait aucun effort. Passeport rendu l’unité jeté sur le comptoir La chambre: le lit correct, comprend tout de même une clim( certes bruyante), un frigo mais posé sur la table, non branché… et pas de prise à côté. Je l’ai ouvert il sentait le renfermé ! La salle de douche, que dire? Lorsque l’on baisse la tête on se rend compte de toute la poussière et crasse accumulée au niveau de la tuyauterie. Quand au petit déjeuner… deux sortes de viennoiseries emballées sous vide et de la baguette coupée, confiture et beurre. Nous avons tout de même eu un café en grain… celui là était bon! Possède tout de même un ascenseur ! Difficultés pour se garer!

Escogí el hotel por su precio, pero con mucho miedo de haberme equivocado con la elección, ya que eran las vacaciones para toda la familia. Al llegar me llevé una grata sorpresa, personal muy amable y atento, el comedor de lujo, una comida casera, abundante y de calidad. La piscina pequeña pero muy confortable y unos mojitos en su chiringuito de los mejores que hemos probado mí mujer y yo. Las habitaciones no están mal, aunque le faltaría una nevera, pero bueno. En general de 10 si puedo volveré a repetir

Recently stayed here , not for the first time , and although we appreciate that covid has taken it's toll found the hotel very tired. The shower had a door missing , the basin had a crack and there were various areas in need if repair. The room stunk of smoke and the persiana cord needed replacing. One of the beds had a board under the mattress which clunked when you moved. The pool wasn't available and the bar was closed for most of the time . It is a shame and we hope they get back on track because the place was very clean as was the bedding . The staff as usual were very good and friendly.
