Mission Inn San Luis Obispo

The hotel is in the city center, the location is convenient, but when you first check in at the front desk, the hotel needs to charge a tax, but it is true that the room fee has been paid in full when booking with Ctrip, but in order to check in as soon as possible, we still follow the hotel's requirements I paid the money, then contacted Ctrip, and received a reply from Ctrip the next day, promising to refund the corresponding taxes and fees, and Ctrip’s refund was credited to the account on the same day, so although there was a problem, it was communicated and resolved in a timely manner, especially Ctrip’s The Internet telephone communication option is still a very important timely and effective communication method for guests who are abroad and are inconvenient to answer the phone.
Downtown Slo Inn - San Luis Obispo

Hello everyone, I just want to write about a horrible experience I had last night. I booked a room through Snap Travel at the downtown SLO Inn. Shortly after settling in my room I noticed that the place was being used as a homeless shelter. When a homeless person started bothering by approaching my door and asking me for money, I decided I was gonna cancel my stay and ask for my money back. The owner flat out refused. I had told him I did not want to stay at a place being used as a shelter. At that point he came outside and started yelling profanities at me. He then began inciting the tenants by telling them that I was talking bad about the tenants. I then was surrounded by several aggressive tenants while the owner continued to incite them. At that point he had my key and was refusing to give it back so I can get my stuff and leave. He refused while using profanities and threatening to use a bat on me. I finally was able to escape the mob and another tenant loaned me his phone so I could call the police. During the scuffle my hand was broken. I ended up going to the ER. I contacted he mayor about the incident. The ironic thing was that the owner was mocking me for actually being a tourist. Apparently the city or state that pays him to house the homeless pays a lot more than tourists do

Hotel Buena Vista - San Luis Obispo

As a stopover for a night on the 101st road from Los Angeles to San Francisco, the location is suitable, just beside the road and at the foot of the mountain. The hotel package is very convenient for breakfast. It is also very pleasant to sit in the morning and have coffee and breakfast. The waiter enthusiastically answered the questions. The room is in good condition. I live in an executive twin room. The room is large. The only downside is that it is old. The mattress should have been used for many years. It is soft and falls down, and it is not comfortable to sleep. If you update the bed, it should be a good choice on the road.
La Cuesta Inn

Close to California Highway 101, sleeping at night is a bit noisy. After living for a few days, I didn't feel much. Breakfast is OK, automatic muffin machine praise. The hotel parking lot is quite large and parking is not charged. The room is not very big, the bathroom has two washbasins, and there is a balcony. The overall evaluation is good.
Hampton Inn & Suites San Luis Obispo

I am writing this review at 4:20 AM. I have not slept a wink. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my lifetime. The walls are paper thin and there is no sound proofing. My 250 a night bed might as well have been placed on the highway! The sound of passing traffic on 101 was endless. If that was not enough the person in the adjacent room was snoring all night and only the sound of the passing cars could drown it. To add to the chorus the person the floor above was trying to get their steps - pacing back and forth in the room but not before showering at 3:30am. The water sound lasted for about 15 mins. Now it is the thuds from the pacing, passing traffic and snoring. Oh yes and if the heating/cooling system in adjacent rooms came on then some more ratting pipe sounds kept other sounds company. If you are a light sleeper then do not come here or come with enough sedatives! Also Hilton honors status gives you no advantage. For my elite status I was not offered any freebies at check-in. I had to go back and ask for it! Very disappointed.
