Cometi un error al realizar la reserva y la hice por no reembolsable, pero faltaba mas de una semana para la fecha posible de viaje. Inmediatamente me puse en contacto con el alojamiento para cambiarla a reembolsable ya que habia sido un error y el viaje no era tan seguro que se fuera a realizar. La atencion del alojamiento fue pesima y dejaron de contestar. El viaje al final no va a suceder y obviamente no atendieron para nada a mi pedido. La atencion fue pésima y es lamentable que una cadena como Melia manche su nombre y reputación con gente que no valora la importancia de la buena atención

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. If your looking for good Service YOU WILL NOT GET IT HERE. There is also a lot of road noise, the rooms are very basic. The bathroom tiny. The safe did not work, the hotel room door would not lock and when I asked for it to be fixed they said I would have to wait till the next day, then suddenly were able to fix it when I kicked up a huge fuss about it. Have to carry your luggage in a tiny lift and there was one not working. The lights in the hallway were flickering as well. Two young reception staff (young men) were unhelpful and did not care, they seemed as though they hated their jobs. The hotel however is in a great location close to the beach. Ensure you are on a high floor to get a nice view of the beach otherwise you are stuck behind buildings. I could not wait to check out..... awful

Las personas de la recepción fueron muy atentas y agradables con nosotros, brindando todas las respuestas a nuestras inquietudes. El hotel es antiguo, los ascensores por ende, también lo son. Sólo brinda servicio de desayuno, el resto del día informan donde se puede almorzar, merendar o cenar. En algún momento nos recomendaron que fuésemos a otro hotel cercano a tomar un café. No califica como 4 estrellas ni por asomo, más aún, cuando a pocos metros se encuentra el hotel Londres, un dechado de lujo y distinción, con un restaurante abierto a quienes no son huéspedes, al que concurrimos y disfrutamos del servicio y la calidad de la comida. No volveríamos al San Sebastián Orly, a pesar de la tarifa acomodada que pagamos.

The hotel looks unremarkable from the outside, however it is very well positioned overlooking Le Concha beach. The room we had, 407 had amazing views overlooking the bay. Very comfortable beds, great bed linen. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will return
