Het beddengoed was te klein, hierdoor lagen we op vieze geel doorgezweten matrassen. De badkamer was vies, zowel de douche als de wc. De gordijnen sloten niet, waardoor de lantaarnpalen naar binnen schenen. En tot slot was de host bot en kort af. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is rond uit slecht. Locatie was wel top

La peor experiencia de todas. Las puertas se abren con una pulsera, al volver en la noche para ducharnos y dormir, la pulsera no abre para poder acceder ni al baño ni a la habitación. Nos damos cuenta de que el dispositivo que abre la puerta está roto. Bajamos a recepción y está abierto sin necesidad de pasar la pulsera, lo cuál pensamos que hay alguien, para nuestra sorpresa no habia NADIE. Llamamos al número de teléfono que tienen para poder comunicarnos con la chica pero nadie contesta. Pasamos la noche en recepción, sin dormir, esperando a la hora que abren (9:30h) y con arañas. Llamamos a la policía pero no se pudieron comunicar con ellos...

Friendly pension and warm welcome but missing shower handle and slightly excessive price for the service (50€ per night per person). On the other hand, very well located in an "old town" with pretty architecture. We'll come back and hope for good weather!

To flee ! We paid 180 euros for a room that was supposed to be available at 12 p.m. not 3 p.m., with bathroom on the landing with a broken toilet, noise all night inside and outside and a loud wake-up call with a person vomiting in front of our room. For parking, it is impossible to park in the area: count 30 euros for secure underground parking.

The location is very well located! You are in the old center where all the pintxos bars are located. Everything is within walking distance and the neighborhood is pleasant. We were certainly not bothered by the night noise. The shared bathroom was clean and in good order. Our room overlooked a very dirty and dirty courtyard. This was very unpleasant! Opening the window was therefore not really an option, even though it was quite warm in the room. There was a fan hanging from the ceiling in the room, when we turned it on a lot of dust flew around and that was really disgusting. There is no air conditioning, but we knew this in advance. There was an extra fan. Price-quality is quite disappointing. You have to pay a lot for a stay that has many negative aspects. However, I do think that this is also specific to San Sebastian as this is a very touristy area, which means that prices are higher than in other cities.

We stayed for two nights in a room with three beds: dirty, with dust on the headboards, dirty and wrinkled sheets, no clean smell, the nightstands did not open the drawers and the towels had lost their white. AND TO TOP COME, they put us in a room that had a window overlooking an interior patio, that is, without ventilation, on top of it, opening that window we found the clothesline and a standing fan to dry clothes. I can't find a qualifier for all this. The shared bathrooms were not cleaned in the two days we stayed. The only good thing is the location.
