A good family run hotel with friendly staff, English proficient. This is a perfect location for being close to the old town and all of the tapas bars and yet a few blocks away so that it is quiet. Comfortable, simple with helpful staff. Would stay here again.

Emplacement parfait, accueil sympathique et propreté irréprochable.Mais....Chambre obscure sans véritable ouverture sur l'extérieur La première sentait l' humidité et donnait sur une cour assez sordide. La deuxième, mieux mais en entresol ne permettait pas d' ouvrir la fenêtre. Et surtout très mal isolée. On.profite de tous les bruits des voisins et des écoulements d,'eau des déplacements de meubles, etc , en direct à côté du lit . En conclusion malgré les trois points positifs , le rapport qualité prix n' est pas satisfaisant. Entre 160 et 210 euros pour une chambre sans lumière et sans isolation intérieure correcte, .c'est beaucoup trop cher.

Siamo stati a cavallo di ferragosto ,va bene il periodo top ma francamente spendere 250 euro a notte per una stanza doppia sotto il livello della strada ,per un hotel a due stelle ( almeno lì sono stati onesti....) ,mi sembra eccessivo. Comunque, almeno era pulito.... Per il resto abbastanza distante dal centro, insomma non lo suggerirei a meno che non si trovi altro.

This hotel is ideally located with a great view of the river and beach area across the way. We saw a once in a lifetime sunset from there! It is a small hotel about 15-20 minutes from the airport. Check in was warm and welcoming, the lady at the desk was friendly and helpful the two days we stayed there. Room was clean and comfy and quiet in spite of being on a fairly busy street. Sleeping was fine. A five minute walk out the door and you are in the heat of shops, bakeries, restaurants, the indoor market, etc. Our experience at the Parma was good, can surely recommend it.

Hotel Parma was an ideal, affordable choice for a two-night stay in Donostia-San Sebastián. Nestled between the old town ( a 5 minute walk) and the gorgeous sandy ‘surfer’s’ beach, we really experienced the best of both old and new town. Also a great starting point for the promenade walk around the bay to playa de la concha. Clean, ground floor room in such a quiet location. Although we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel there was a really nice breakfast area with a good looking buffet/coffee machine. The staff were so friendly and helpful and gave you beach towels too!

Soggiorno di una sola notte al Parma Hotel di San Sebastian, consigliabile per il comfort delle camere, l'ottima colazione e la cortesia e simpatia del personale. Posizione centrale, fronte mare e ai bordi del centro storico. Purtroppo non vicinissimo il parcheggio convenzionato ma due posti auto davanti alla reception consentono un comodo carico/scarico bagagli. Consigliato.

Having stayed at Parma Hotel many times over the twenty five plu years I can honestly say this place is wonderful. The staff are excellent and the whole set up is spot on. Thank you for an amazing stay yet again.
