Very nice boutique hotel - four nice rooms excellently located in the old town. The rooms are nicely equipt. Very good service from the hotel manager. Though the price is at bit on the high side compared to what you get. Therefor i have only given 4 star rating

This place is a hidden gem! Right in the middle of Old Town….surrounded by restaurants and bars…super comfortable bed, wonderful shower, and the reception staff were always ready to help. My husband and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again….

Perfect location in old town. It is near everything. The owner Aitor was completely helpful ALL THE TIME. The room was quiet and neat and clean. We made a mistake and got there a day early and he was extremely helpful in finding us a place to stay for that night. Would have been much harder without him. He’s a good man.

Todo ha sido perfecto y maravilloso. Agradecemos mucho a Maider y a Aitor, la simpatía, la información, el recibimiento acogedor y caluroso. Además, los felicitamos por el excelente servicio, la higiene, el confort, la presencia permanente para responder las demandes de los huéspedes. Mención especial al excelente emplazamiento de la pensión que está cerca de todo y sobretodo la belleza del barrio, antiguo, bello, lleno de hermosas sorpresas y que brinda la posibilidad de hacer muchas actividades diferentes ! San Sebastián no necesita presentación , es perfecta, bella, maravillosa, no hay suficientes calificativos positivos para describirla, tienen que visitarla y para que su estadía sea única y súper especial tienen que alojarse en la pensión UR Alde! Nosotros compartimos mucho tiempo de conversación con los maravillosos Maider y Aitor! Bravo por ser tan increíbles, serviciales, amables, atentos, agradables, súper geniales , gracias por hacer de nuestro viaje un sueño hecho realidad , sublime !

Estuvimos alojados 3 noches en la pension y nos hemos sentido muy a gusto. El personal superamable desde el primer momento. La habitacion es grande y la cama muy comoda. La ubicacion es inmejorable. En pleno casco antiguo y a pocos metros de la playa de la concha. Muchas gracias a Aitor y Aritz y la chica… Sois un encanto…. Repetiremos….

Thank you to this lovely team, who looked after us perfectly. The room was very clean and well equipped, even down to an umbrella for the very unpredictable weather we had, and nothing was to much trouble for the lady on reception. Thank you once again.
