Less than five minutes after checking out, the front desk lady refused to use the bathroom.
There are many vacant rooms, but no check-in arrangements are made. They insist that check-in can only be arranged after four o'clock. I asked to borrow the bathroom, but they refused.
Can Ctrip cooperate with such a store?
