Soy repetidor a este hotel este año fuimos del 20 al 31 de agosto sencillamente hotel tiene buena ubicación. Limpieza perfecta habitaciones limpias son pequeñas carecen de mi bar , no hay tenderete colocar las ropas de la playa a las barandillas del balcón.personal amable competente servicial se destaca la Señorita Alicia. . Hemos estado en régimen de media pensión, hay desayuno y cena . Me gustaría este año puntualizar algunas cosas . El desayuno está bien salvo el agua de la máquina tiene olor como la del grifo . La cena mal domina el cerdo poca variedad . Sopa de pescado Con espinas . Frutas limitadas . Aconsejo reservar alojamiento solo . Alrededor del hotel hay restaurantes buenos .servicio bueno en la piscina pero es caro . Para aparcar el coche no hay problema.

I went half board, had items stolen from my room, not much was done in an effort to replace them. I ordered a burger one lunch time and was charged 2 Euro for an extra plate so we could share. They supply drinks at breakfast but nothing not even water in the evening unless you pay. The whole experience inside and outside the hotel felt like they were ripping off tourists with the prices. First evening I got snacks from a shop across the road and was shocked it came to 70 Euros, water, soft drinks, sweets, crisps and fruit, no alcohol. Staff were friendly, everything was very clean, food was average. I would never return to Mallorca.

Ottimo soggiorno. Struttura molto carina, posizione comoda. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia principale di Santa Ponsa e da bar, ristoranti e negozietti. La camera era pulita e con un balcone molto grande con una splendida vista sul mare. Abbiamo scelto le mezza pensione, ottima sia la colazione sia la cena, servizio a buffet. Molto carino anche il piccolo bar sulla piscina principale. Ma il fiore all’occhiello del Casablanca è il suo staff. Gentilissimi, super disponibili e sempre sorridenti. Un ringraziamento in particolare a Mariana, Charo e Ramon.

Hotel was beautiful with old and new features and absolutely spotless. Staff are very friendly. Our room beside the pool was perfect. Also, it is super quiet. Breakfast in the hotel was great. Read some reviews before I went and they said the hotel did not provide a full breakfast. Well, fruit, cereal, scrambled, fried, omelette, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, sausage, plenty of everything including drinks. Dinner time had a nice selection. Only issue I had was at dinner, No drinks provided, you had to buy your water, I like water and I think it should be provided for dinner time and if you want anything else you can buy it. Overall highly recommend and would definitely visit again.

Small hotel but service and staff go beyond to help.Food whilst may be slightly limited is very good and plentiful,cooked mostly in front of you, Rooms very clean,pool clean and down some stairs. Close to the beach ,supermarket opposite hotel very cheap. If traveling use public transport and your credit card,thap on entry and tap when leaving

A child free break with my wonder man to this lovely, chilled hotel. Staff and guests were friendly and super helpful, especially when we arrived late after a delay. Well equipped rooms and the use of two fabulous pools. A super bar and lounge area. We needed this break and it did not disappoint. We would visit Santa Ponca again and happily bring the children there. Book with confidence.

Such a nice hotel. Room spacious large balcony( could have fitted a couple of sun beds on?) cleaned every day. Good aircon. Beautiful pools we used the quiet pool most times. Always a sun bed and no one put towels out at 6am! Lovely breakfast lots of continental food. Cheeses meats crusty fresh breads yoghurt and fruit plus cereals and full English including omelette scrambled boiled and fried eggs pancakes and lots more. The only thing id have liked is a safe in the room( they are rentable) a kettle(once again rentable) and tea and coffee I did bring my own. Free pool towels( again rentable) I didn't need a fridge but at 45€ a week far too expensive. All in all a lovely 10days bar prices a little expensive but they always are. Just a note the hotel is on a steep hill and at the end of 10 days in 30°heat it was a struggle.

Solo parent, travelling with 12 year old. Last minute get Away. Very pleased. Staff lovely, rooms clean. Large clean pool. Brilliant location. Went bed and breakfast. Breakfast basic, but always something there to choose. Would recommend

Quiet hotel very clean maids in every day plenty of sun loungers bar well stocked with food available only booked bed and breakfast which had plenty of options for everybody,only fault i would say that we were in room 209 which was directly below the dining room and were awoke every morning at 7.30 due to chairs being moved around as other guests going for breakfast
