Sun Beach

We stayed in the sun beach Santa ponsa for 3 nights 30th of August to 2nd of sept. we were met at reception by the famous Marta. i say famous because when i was checking trip advisor Marta's name came up time & time again & everybody had only goods things to say about the famous Marta. They were not wrong. Sorted out the paper work & payment side of things & away we go. We selected a one bed apartment premium with sea view room 704. & were very happy with what we got , 2 A/C units one in the bedroom & one in the sitting room / kitchen. A Tv which had plenty of channels as well as radio stations ( kiss FM was our favorite ) Beds were solid which we asked for as my wife has a back issue & needs a solid mattress. A safe was in the bedroom which we used , 5 Euro deposit which we got back. Other people had mentioned the issue about taking 2/3 lifts to get to the rooms we had to take 2 lifts.1st, from the reception to level 3 walk across the bridge & take the lift up to the 7th floor no big deal i thought anyway but beware lifts are small. The pool was fab, a life guard on duty at all times plenty of sun loungers & a pool bar. We received a welcome drink on arrival. All been said we enjoyed out time at the sun beach & look forward to returning again. Did i mention Marta always smiling & will always make time to say hello. Best Regards Mick & Anne

Had a quick couple stay here in these apartments, Marta wad great in reception checking us in, rooms spotless clean, and Apt could not be anymore central to everything, Indian restaurant across the road is top class, Great stay, wouldd definitely be back......

Cracking apartments. Great staff. Rooms were spotlessly clean on arrival. Met by a cheery man on reception who was happy to tell us our room was ready to enter immediately. Beds were comfortable. Towels changed twice weekly. Kitchen area lacked normal sized crockery/pots and not a lot of cutlery. Overall enjoyed it here. Right on main ***** but still pretty quiet considering.

The hotel was at the centre of the noisy part of town but you wouldn't have know. The hotel is very clean and tidy, the rooms have air con in living area and bedroom which was well needed. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The only thing which was a bit of a let down the pool could do with a bit of tidying up but never short of a bed fir lying in the sun. Great stay at the Sun Beach.

Lovely family friendly hotel, central to everything in Santa Ponsa, well equipped rooms, sea view balcony, fantastic reception staff and such a clean hotel. Supermarket is so handy. Could be doing with a bit of atmosphere, some music during the day! There’s a pool table at the bar, because bar is so dead no one goes near it. Beer in bar was very flat. The hotel is everything you want apart from the atmosphere. No problems with sun loungers, plenty to go around at anytime of day

I've stayed here a few times and have to say it's one of the best friendly staff clean rooms After my last visit this how they stand out my flight was delayed so didn't get into santa ponsa until late when we arrived the receptionist had put cold bottles water in our room fridge small gesture but not many place would do it unbelievable staff well done team sun beach 10/10 Rooms are spotless clean stay on 7th floor amazing views

Room was filthy sick all over toilet pan my I thought (hoped) it was just stained as couldn’t be bothered complaining as been up all night for early morning flight but then partner cleaned it all then saw a cockroach that’s when we got moved to a slightly better room that had a substandard bed in living room

Just returned from sun beach apartments santa ponsa had a lovely time ,the apartment was very clean good size and had everything we needed cleaned every other day ,it was great location right next to everything and short walk to beach just up the hill was the square definitely worth a visit,staff were all lovely and welcoming especially Marta who we had a good conversation with about places to visit on the island ,would definitely stay there again 😀
