Hôtel horrible vieux correspond pas à 4 étoile buffet au sous sol avec très peut de choix toujours pareil pas de variété photos mensongères pas de parking uniquement stationnement dans le sable pour tout le mondes ,train à 10 mètre , personnel ne parle pas le français , et cerise sur le gâteaux communauté musulmane allemand en investit l’hôtel pour une semaine environ 100 personnes résultat piscine pour les gens habillé du coup l’eau très sale très bruyant ,au buffet l’es assiettes remplie a ras bord les cuisinier n’arrivait pas à suivre. Manque de tout , pas d’activité ni d’animation pour les enfants déçue et très chère pour ce que c’est

Point positif… l emplacement et le parking gratuit. Après on va passer aux points négatifs : Personnel au desk pas agréable, il faut payer 5€ pour le coffre de la chambre 😳😳 une première ! J ai voyagé dans le monde entier et ÇA ! Du jamais vue!!!! Impossible le matin de remonter un café dans la chambre du petit déjeuner la aussi c est la première fois que je vois ça. Piscine pas très propre ce qui est dommage car elle est sympa. Chambre propre mais pas de gel douche ni shampooing. Peut vraiment faire mieux !!!! N est pas un 4*

Lovely hotel, lovely breakfast. All staff were friendly but particularly the Domestic staff , they were very friendly. We were there for a festival and had a pool party where the staff really worked hard to serve many extra people at the beach bar.xx

Fantastisch hotel en personeel. Beste hotel tot hiertoe dat ik al gehad heb. Nergens iets op aan te merken alleen wifi s wat aan de zwakke kant. Kamers met mooi zeezicht en koelkastje en haardroger. Eten was super en alles vers,niets op aan te merken. Top vakantie gehad en kom zeker terug volgend jaar. Zeker 4 sterren waard, echt tophotel doe zo verder. Leuke en vriendelijke bediening op het terras van Daniella en Laura.

Dreadful. Food was awful. Sprouts boiled to a pulp. Food lukewarm at best. One morning-no baked beans. Was at the hotel for 8 nights, never saw a mushroom at breakfast. If I didn’t take food when I saw it, when I’d go back it was gone. Just horrible. Housekeeping was terrible. Balcony was not cleaned once, table was filthy. Balls of fluff and dirt on the floor. Surfaces were not wiped down. One bed was made, one bed left unmade. Not even a treadmill in the gym. Will not be returning to this hotel. A number of others on same dance holiday voiced their disgust with the food.

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours il est bien dommage qu'avec un tel cadre les prestations repas ,spa,literie et animations ne soient pas à la hauteur. Les repas peu de choix tous les jours la mm chose pas une seule fois un repas espagnol. Un lit de 130 cm pour un couple et un lit de 80 cm avec un matelas catastrophique et des draps et couverture comme à l'hôpital. Animations nulles et le samedi soir mm pas d'animation. Le sauna ne fonctionnait pas et l'eau qui était sensée chauffé à 35 degrés l'était pas. Je donne un avis favorable à l'emplacement de l'hôtel en bord de mer la vue des terrasses sur la mer ,le parking,et le personnel (sauf la jeune fille au sweat vert au bar de la piscine).

Worst hotel I went in my life. We were there for a football tournament for my 11 year old son. The hotel has no soundproofing and on top of our room there were football teenagers making parties drinking with loud music yelling and making animal sounds and moving furniture all nights. We did not sleep during all our stay. We informed reception whose reply was they are kids. Worst experience ever. Management was not available during check out and we sent email after our return for which we still did not get a reply. Worst experience in all my life. One of the days we could not even shower since water was cold all day. I suggest you don't book in this hotel unless you want a similar horrible experience and an unhelpful hotel who is not responsive to such a terrible experience.

The hotel is nice next to the sea but a little far from the hotel zone. Parking is quite good. The spa is not very big but for relaxation it is fine. The outdoor pool is well equipped with sun loungers. The restaurant is a little fair for 4 stars and at night the performance is appreciated.
