Hotel muy grande y limpio. Lástima que por el buffet el hotel no debería tener ninguna estrella. Muy escaso,poca calidad. Parrilla horrorosa y escasa. Bollería lo peor que hay. Personal del buffet muy joven y poco profesional. La chica de la parrilla muy antipática.

La ubicacion fatal , no hay nada por hay cuatro tiendas. La playa horrible , no es plana tiene una bajada pa mar y el mar súper ondo, das un paso y lo tienes hasta el cuello. Con mucha piedra, no hay arena. Fatal! El bufet mediano, ni bien ni mal. La plancha lo hacen antes y lo acumulan en una bandeja en caliente , no lo hacen al momento. Y ha esta manera es todo como una piedra, sobre todo el pescado sequisimo! No se puede comer. Lo de resto todo industrial . Menos las paeelas o fideua que estaba bueno. Lo de todo incluido es una kaka , solo tres cócteles pa elegir y el resto a pagar. No te entra ni el simple mojito. Y anque te lo pagas lo preparan de ron de marca blanca, con agua casi sin gas que lleva horas abierto en botella. No merece la pena. Todo el alcohol malismo , que compran la botella por 1 euro. Los camareros , limpieza y recepción no están muy simpáticos. El trato es frío y sin preocuparse.

La habitación bastante vieja. No hay enchufes para cargar el movil cerca de la cama. Solo un en la entrada. Tuvimos que desenchufar la nevera para cargar el teléfono. Por la noche mucho ruido de maquinas exteriores. Creo que necesita actualizarse. Hoy en día todos llevamos dispositivos para cargar. El personal es muy amable y profesional. El servicio de spa e hidromasaje un desastre porque te hacen coger cita mediante un QR que no funciona porque te da como que está lleno siempre pero le pregunté a la chica de recepción y me dijo que le preguntara directamente al socorrista y.. ¡sorpresa! Estaba vacío todos los días durante toda la mañana. Esto deberían de solucionarlo porque en temporada baja si da esos problemas no quiero ni pensar que pasará en verano. Si no llegamos a preguntar en recepción, nos quedamos sin poder usar un servicio que estaba vacío. Todos los días por la mañana solo estábamos máximo tres personas y caben 25. Por lo demás todo correcto.

Séjour agréable du 15au22/06/2024 avec Marcot Chavelot. Hôtel, chambre ,restauration buffet impeccable. Par contre salle de restaurant un peu bruillante. Mais dans l'ensemble rien à redire.Personnel à l'écoute du client que se soit à la réception, bar ,restaurant, ménage.
