Hotel was perfect for us in every way - although selling the room as a double with terrace was pushing it, the terrace was an incredibly miniscule balcony.

Visão do quarto não é bem uma vista mar. Da pra ver um pedaço entre os prédios que estão na frente. Atendimento no café da manhã de pessima qualidade. Itens bem simples e mal servidos. Bastante impessoal. Não vale o preço cobrado. Não gostei. Precisa melhorar muito.

What a great hotel and location. Sardinero is the best area of Santander with beautiful beaches, local bars and restaurants. You can wander into Santander along the lovely promenade and catch the bus back. Miles of cycle lanes and electric bikes can be hired at the reception. Our room was a good size with modern shower room and had large balcony which had sun most of the day. Recommend booking the restaurant which has amazing quality set 3 course menu including wine and coffee for €26! (As well as a La carte). Staff are extremely helpful. We booked via Brittany Ferries and their deal included a very good breakfast (and a discount on the ferry fare). Parking in the underground car park is expensive but we found plenty of spaces in the surrounding streets at the time of our visit.

This hotel is wonderful and is conveniently situated a short walk from the beautiful Sardinero beaches, restaurants and bars. The reception and bar/restaurant staff are friendly, professional and extremely helpful, they spoke English very well. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable with great views of the sea and the housekeeping service was second to none. The breakfast buffet is delicious, fresh and ample with something to suit all tastes and the evening meals are very varied with excellent service, although we only chose to eat here once due to the many other options to try in Santander/Sardinero! This is our second stay at this hotel and I’ve no doubt it won’t be our last!

Los camareros son un desastre ni están ni te atienden como todos los sitios de Santander este verano , faltan buenos profesionales del sector y falta educación . Es una pena porque el sitio tiene posibilidades pero no buen servicio en terraza

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Santander is a great place to visit & Sardinero area is fantastic. Hotel terrace with sea view is nice & the locale is quiet. Close to restaurants & bars. Caribe is good for a few drinks & Costa 43 is great for food & atmosphere 👌
