"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for travelers looking for convenience and great service. The location is excellent—right next to the Fira central bus station, which makes it the perfect hub for exploring all parts of Santorini. Just a short walk away, there’s a lively street full of food stalls and local snacks. Although the hotel does not have a 24-hour reception, they are very accommodating. I informed them in advance about my late-night arrival due to a delayed flight, and a staff member kindly stayed up to wait for me until 1:00 AM. The hotel provides a secure main entrance with a passcode lock, so even if you return late at night when the reception is closed, you can still enter easily and safely. Upon check-in, I received a detailed welcome card that explained everything I needed to know about the stay, including the Wi-Fi password, breakfast hours, and checkout instructions. The self-serve breakfast was simple but just right for me—served in a clean and comfortable dining area. What really stood out was the staff. No matter who was on duty, they were always warm, welcoming, and ready to help. Their kindness made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, considering the comfort, location, and service, this hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely stay here again."

"All the staff were very kind and it was a satisfying stay. Amenities are free and come with delicious wine and fruit. In addition, a hair dryer and shampoo are also provided, so there is no problem for staying. The time spent watching the sunset was the best."

"Hill Suites was better than we could’ve imagined. While the rooms were beautiful and clean, and location was perfect, the real star of the show was Marco (like many of the reviews before have said). Marco made us feel like old friends from the second we arrived. He is the most devoted host you will ever meet and has a great recommendation for anything you may need while in Santorini. "AMAZING STAY!! Amazing hospitality and service! Location was near a restaurant which was open and about 15mins walk down to Fira. Room was spacious and located near a trekking route. Good for morning walks. Balcony had a great view of the caldera. Went in January, which is their coldest month. Most of the shops were close. But prices of the stay were cheaper than summer. Hotel could arrange car rental for us and it was reasonably priced. Very easy to rent. Enjoyed our stay a lot."

"Wonderful stay! Angeliki welcomed us upon our arrival, super helpful and always available at any time of the day. The cleaning lady was also fantastic, never intrusive. Excellent breakfast, plentiful and with different options every day. The room was really spacious, with an outdoor heated hot tub. We will definitely come back, highly recommended."

"Location was perfect if you don't mind not having ”THE BEST” view. It's a quick walk to the main streets of Fira, though uphill (a good workout to be honest), and less than a 10 min drive to and from the Santorini airport. Facilities were great, we were very comfortable. We had a balcony which was nice so we could enjoy the ocean breeze. Also, since it wasn't in the heart of the Fira streets, it was quiet so we could rest well. Recommend this place! This isn't like a resort though, it's more of a lovely place to stay if you'll be out most of the days in your stay."

"The suote was beautiful with a nice indoor heated pool. It was very comfortable staying in this place and the location is near city central whereby you can find good restaurants around. The staff is really great. They take care of our luggage right to serving good breakfast daily. They are friendly and approachable, always willing to help. Highly recommended."

"Hotel location is not very easy to find, you can contact the landlord to pick up the station dock in advance, stay free for more than three days, charge for three days or less. The breakfast is very good and will be delivered to the room every morning. There are microwave ovens, induction cookers and simple cutlery, which should be cleaned later. It is best to rent a car and talk to the landlord. The car rental company will send it to the hotel, and will not add other fees, just the daily rent. 10 euros of gasoline is enough to run for two days. Returning the car can be done at the airport or at the pier."
