I saw on their web that if you book for more than 2 nights there's a free airport pickup. Nick picked me up. He was so friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Some days they didnt give me water but everytime I asked they would give it. On my last day I also opted for airport transfer from them. To my surprise it was Nick again. Nick is definitely the asset to this hotel! I would recommend. Distance to airport around 15 mins, bus terminal 5 mins, nice bakeries n eateries nearby.

The room is clean and tidy, small but has everything. It has a balcony room and is very cost-effective. The front desk staff are great. When language communication is not smooth, they can understand by making a few gestures with their hands.
The hotel is next to the food street. If you want to see the cliff scenery, you should choose a higher place.

The clerk was very enthusiastic and introduced us to the surrounding delicacies. The bus also recommended the Sunset Cafe. The location is very good, a 4-minute walk to the bus stop and taxi station. It seems that there is no hot water in the washbasin.

Newly renovated, with a sense of design
There is a large bathtub indoors, which is very interesting. You can drink while soaking in the bath.
The location is in the center of fira, very convenient for shopping, but there is no scenery, economical choice

Very nice hotel. Good condition. Staff is so friendly. Location right in downtown / very walkable. One thing to know, if you are in a group, you are probably going to be in different buildings. There are 2 that aren't connected. Not a problem just information.

Hotel muito bom, a ala que ficamos é nova e fica próxima a piscina. Quarto pequeno, mas limpo e bem arrumado. Localização perfeita em Fira, bem no centro próximo à todos os mercados, restaurantes e Sunset. Não tem café da manhã, mas a padaria em frente é muito boa e tem bons preços. Destaque para o recepcionista do hotel que nos deu todas as dicas e seguimos ela e todas foram espetaculares, ele realmente ajudou muito.

Highly recommend! Perfect location to be in the heart of Santorini. Supporting local, small business at a reasonable price. All that worked in the hotel were very welcoming & always on hand to give their advice on the island. Honestly made our trip very easy, and always wanting to help too. The rooms are modern and immaculately clean. Despite the hotel being split in to two and having to go to the other building for the pool, it didn't really make that much of a difference. There are no options for food/drink but being so close to everything didn't hinder us too much and the staff brought us drinks in a gesture of kindness which went a long way on a sunny, hot, relaxing day.
