優點:老闆非常熱情，處於商業區交通便利，離海邊近。
缺點:設施老舊不算事兒，睡覺前需到門口關燈不是事兒，主要問題是床是壞的，一翻身卡卡響，一晚上都沒睡好覺。

先説優點，地理位置十分便利，到大東海海岸步行5分鐘即可到達。晚上樓下很熱鬧，到旅遊區和購買食品都很方便。再説缺點，圖片應該是三四年前拍的了，所以圖片與實際不符，衞生條件較差，辦理入住的前台不是電腦連網的，衹是看一下身份證，所以導致管理混亂，房主不知道來入住的人是否預訂和預訂的房型。總體來説價格便宜，交通便利，但是入住體驗不好，如果經濟允許的情況下，不推薦入住。
