Tôi đi du lịch cùng công ty trong tuần này tại khu du lịch này và có những trải nghiệm tốt về dịch vụ ở đây. Phòng khách sạn có đầy đủ tiện nghi và sách sẽ, có các dịch vụ đi kèm đúng như trong tour đã đăng ký và được hướng dẫn tận tình. Tôi sẽ quay lại sau này khi có cơ hội.

The room was large - actually two rooms (bedroom and living room). The large bathroom was extraordinary - a wooden tub with hot water straight from the springs (there’s a shower too). Two huge pools - one infinity pool outside with extraordinary scenery and one under cover that was also fed directly from the springs. The restaurant was excellent with a lovely breakfast buffet included. Scenic grounds to walk around.

Trang thiết bị quá cũ, phòng ẩm và có mùi. Xe điện phải chờ rất lây mới có, nhân viên đặt phòng không thân thiện. Chúng tôi rất khó chịu về nhân viên đặt phòng Không gian rộng có bể bơi, vào mùa đông sẽ bật bể nước ấm nếu thời tiết dưới 20 độ. Ber tắm khoáng và sauna phải mua vé riêng

Phòng sạch đẹp, bữa ăn vui vẻ, giá cả phải chăng, nhà mình ăn gọn gàng luôn. Phục vụ chu đáo và rất nhiệt tình. Bạn quản lý nhà hàng ( nam giới, tuy không nhớ tên) rất ok nhé. Có cơ hội nhất định sẽ quay lại serena!!!

Đầu tiên phải kể đến sự nhiệt tình, tất bật của dàn sale từ Hoàng Nam từ Hà Nội đến tại cơ sở vận hành Đinh Oanh luôn giúp đỡ khách hàng cập nhật thông tin và hỗ trợ khách Sau đến là đội FO luôn tất bật, ko ngơi chân tay miệng để hoàn thành công việc trong ca mình nói chung vất vả muộn phiền nhưng các bạn Quỳnh, Dũng , Khánh và team FO luôn tươi cười nhẽ nhàng và hỗ trợ khách hết mình. Thank các bạn Ngoài ra khi đến đây tôi cũng được trải nghiệm 1 không gian nhà hàng nón được coi như trái tim của serea với những khuôn mặt luôn rạng rỡ như Vượng, hay Cười như Hường, ân cần hỏi han em tới từ chị Miền và luôn được hỗ trợ layout theo ya mình từ lực sỹ Hoàn và nhiều ace khác nữa. Cảm ơn cả team Banquit nhá. Rất nhiều điều muốn nói, cơ mà 1 lần nữa cảm ơn toàn bộ team serena hiện tại đã hỗ trợ đoàn nhá. Hẹn sớm gặp lại nhiều hơn

Đã nghe về khu nghỉ dưỡng Serena từ lâu nhưng khi đặt chân tới thì thấy không được như kì vọng. Bước vào phòng là nguyên mùi hóa chất xịt phòng, chân tường mốc và bung. Đi ra đạp xe đạp để tham quan khu nghỉ dưỡng thì chờ 30 phút cũng không có nhân viên giao xe đạp, gọi xe điện để về thì cũng phải đợi 30 phút.
