A localização é ótima. A estrutura e a identidade do lugar são os pontos MUITO fortes. Acredito que seria interessante dar uma renovada nos colchões e nos lençóis, estão desgastados e não ficam condizentes com o geral.

Incrível ,acessibilidade,arquitetura linda ,ambiente agradável e aconchegante! Conforto a desejar cama sendo 2 de solteiros juntas !
Roupas de cama e banho super higienizadas e novas ,café da manhã pouca variedade e opções por ser Minas Gerais .

O staff é muito atencioso. O local é limpo, agradável, bem localizado. O colchão é bem desconfortável. O banheiro é bem apertado, embora o quarto seja grande. O café da manhã é razoável, mas, coerente com o preço. O serviço de restaurante deixa a desejar. O maior problema é a a divisão dos prédios, e, com a chuva, os degraus ficam molhados. Falta uma cobertura que permita um deslocamento mais seguro.

The information for this property is misleading, the info says it is located in the center, and the hotel is a fake replica of the buildings in the historic district of São Joao del Reí, so that it appears as if the property is located right on the historic district which it is not, it is located by a high speed road and a 20min walk from the town center. We had cars cruising by at high speed and loud noises all night. Breakfast buffet was good, probably the only good thing about the property.

Eu escolhi o hotel devido à localização próxima do centro histórico e pela aparência. No entanto, ao chegarmos no hotel, que estava vazio, fomos alocados em um quarto de fundos, muito distante da entrada do hotel e dos quartos "bonitinhos". Insiste que só escolhi aquele hotel devido à arquitetura e não queria ficar naquele quarto de fundos, no entanto os funcionários fizeram de tudo para que ficássemos no quarto que eles escolheram, dizendo que os quartos da frente eram menores, etc. E o pior é que eu precisava concluir um trabalho e a internet não funcionava de jeito nenhum naquele quarto de fundos. E o que me pareceu, foi que nos coloacaram lá pois estávamos com criança pequena, então eles fizeram questão de nos alocar o mais distante possível dos demais hospédes, embora o hotel estivesse vazio. Fora isso, estávamos passando nas dependências e o meu filho esqueceu o brinquedo dele no pátio. Pouco tempo depois o brinquedo havia sumido e ninguém "soube" de nada! Enfim, tivemos uma péssima experiência nesse hotel!

Foi uma boa estadia com destaque para o atendimento muito bom com dicas de locais para visitar, o café da manhã excelente, o chuveiro bem potente que a minha esposa gostou muito. Quanto a limpeza estava tudo ok.
