A nice and well-appointed hotel with very friendly and helpful service, comfortable rooms, and a quite good breakfast. The spa was nice and offered a solid massage at a reasonable price. The location is better for business than the more trendy eating and shopping areas but there are still a good range of restaurants nearby. The former Four Seasons, the design shares an aesthetic with what was the Four Seasons Shanghai Pudong. I would happily stay again.

We were checked in and checked out by Fabiane. She was outstanding and made us feel welcome. 5 stars for Fabiane.
We had a nice room, but the TV and refrigerator were not working. In their defense, we did not notify anyone because we didn’t spend much time in the room. Breakfast was ok.
It is definitely a nice new 5 start hotel.

Minha experiência no hotel não foi das melhores, já fiquei em outros hotéis 5 estrelas em SP e esse não está entre os 5 melhores, tive problemas no café da manhã, no pagamento e o pessoal não resolveu nenhum deles. Acho que problemas podem ocorrer, a diferença é como tratam a resolução.
A localização também não é das melhores.
