Mercure São Paulo Berrini (Antigo Adagio)

Adagio Berrini has always been my favorite place in Sao Paulo for long stay. Over the years, the welcoming crew, the quality of service and the superb location have been its main attributes. But now I have another powerful reason to stay at Adagio Berrini: the BSide Restaurant now open not only for breakfast and lunch but also for dinner and the evening crew under the leadership of Rodrigo and Cesar whose exceptional and friendly service set the bar high for others to match. Way to go, Rodrigo & César!
Transamerica Executive Higienópolis

I made a reservation at the hotel through the digital platform. One day before my stay, the hotel sent me its check-in policies and I immediately replied saying that I would arrive at the hotel around 6 pm. The hotel promptly replied saying that everything was OK and that it would be a pleasure to welcome me. On the day of my reservation, I arrived at the hotel at 6:30 pm and was immediately informed by the receptionist that my reservation had been canceled and that there would be no other room available for me to stay at the property. He claimed that he had tried to contact me several times, but since there was no record on my cell phone or email, I asked him for some proof of the attempted contact. He simply apologized, saying that the hotel was very busy that day and that he would not be able to prove the attempts. They then offered me a stay at another hotel in the chain for the same price, but when I called the other property, the receptionist changed the subject and informed me that they would not be able to honor the daily rate and that I would have to pay an extra amount to stay at the other hotel. Since I had an appointment in the area the next morning, I had to find another hotel nearby without any support from Transamerica. Regrettable! A terrible experience. I just hope no one else goes through what I went through.

Santo Amaro
It was a good stay, unfortunately the breakfast service and internet, were the low point of this. Everything else is top notch. Starting the work day with an orange juice with more water than nectar is not ideal. In addition to the meals, they were very poor in variety
Transamerica Executive Bela Cintra (Paulista)

It’s a hotel where you get what you pay for in terms of amenities. The location is fantastic and the service is out of this world. Michel at check-in spoke both English and French and gave fantastic customer service.
Intercity the Universe Paulista

The hotel is located on a quiet and secure street, near Paulista, pharmacies and cafeterias. The room is wide, has a front room, a small kitchen: induction furnishing, some tea bags and a freezer supplied; the bathroom has amenities. The breakfast is well served, I asked for a dinner at the hotel restaurant and was well served and very good. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a small academy.
