We agreed with the sales staff to only order the foot bath service, without any additional services. Before booking the service, a hotel staff member called me for advice, not with vague information. I don't understand how sales works with the spa department and adds massage services to customers. When it came time to pay, the customer was surprised why the whole group was charged 1,980k. Then, the spa staff said that the customer was ok and agreed with the incident. I'm telling you the truth, if the guest doesn't agree, will you let my guest go home? They agreed but when they got home they complained to us why they had to pay the extra money. I worked directly with sales, but sales blamed the spa, then when I worked with the spa, they blamed sales and definitely did not refund the customer.
