This is a very good new hotel.
In terms of location, it's in the center of Sapporo, and the surrounding area is very convenient, but of course it's far from Sapporo Station and you need to transfer to the subway, and there's a bus stop nearby if you're going by bus from New Chitose Airport.
The facilities are clean and well designed, and I don't think there's anything particularly difficult to use, but it's true that the center controller on the bed can't control some of the lights (corridor?)
The twin bedroom is on a high floor despite the basic price setting, and you can see Sapporo Tower just like in the promotional photo. The twin beds can be pushed together to make a large bed, so it's easy to use.
I think the staff are at the level of a normal business hotel, and I don't think they're bad at all, but they're not very friendly either.
It's a bit disappointing that there isn't a large bathroom, but the lounge has free coffee and tea, and I think it's good that there aren't many people using it at night. The breakfast looks good, but I didn't eat it so I don't know the taste. It seems like you can add more every morning.
