This hotel is near by old town and walkable to access some interesting scenic sites. The hotel parking sign is not very clear and the access road is very narrow to drive. The lobby seems too messy which is not match the 5-star rate.

Great location. Good room size. Very good breakfast menu. A very basic health suite. Sauna and Hammam are at an extra cost. A great hotel but in need of some refurbishment.

First of all, my room is very small and the toilet is not cleaned. Second, the front desk service was very bad, and the person who led me to the parking was also very impatient. Third, breakfast was a mess. I went a little late, and many dishes were gone and not supplemented. Finally, the parking fee is not transparent. O hotel precisa de uma atualização urgente não que seja sujo ou mal conservado é que está velho mesmo. O quarto tem bom tamanho e o banheiro com certeza já foi renovado. Café da manhã é razoável e com pouca opções de frutas. Tem um bar e café anexo ao hotel que te remete a década de 30 muito bonito.

This hotel was very centrally located to the old city and the staff is friendly. I would not call it a 5 star hotel, but it was still nice and very reasonably priced. The rooms were clean and spacious. (The decor is a bit outdated) Beware some of the rooms can be very loud on weekend nights, and the aircon isn’t the best. We would definitely stay here again.
