Room is fine but seems old fashioned , bathroom is really good and big, facilities are not enough like as basic as water bottle is not available, over priced in comparison to other hotels available nearby.

Disappointed. Used to be a favorite of ours on our annual trip through the area but now rooms are in disrepair, not particularly clean, odors, and worn out mattresses. Shame..it used to be very nice but is being neglected and cheapened. Much better options available in the area now for competitive price.

Too explain everything this hotel did to make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable considering a medical emergency would take many pages. All I would like to say is this hotel goes well beyond what they are expected to do to make any stay the best ever

This hotel needs serious updates. It is not how I remember it and I was so excited to take my kids there on our trip across Ontario. They didn't know any different though, they had fun in the pool but I question the chemicals in it, as their hair smelled like chlorine for a good week even after washing a few times.

First time there. Got in late but all was great. Friendly staff. I don't have anything else to say so I will continue to type until I get to the recommended two hundred characters to make this review work. I would recommend the less than 2 hundred

The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Loved the Aqua Spa, such a beautiful area for swimming and relaxing in the hot tub. Front desk staff was so polite and helpful when we had questions. Loved that housekeeping cleaned our room everyday and made our beds. The handicapped parking spots close to the door helped me.

Hotel room was dated and the bathroom was very small, with a very small toilet. No microwave in room. The room was clean and bed/pillows comfortable. The best part was the pool and hot tubs—they are worth exploring upgrading to a suite for next time if the price is reasonable. The outdoor hot tub was quite the experience—a reason in itself for visiting again! We had a ton of fun but the room and small bathroom/toilet were a disappointment, especially for the price. Breakfast not included which also made the price quite high. Across from McDonald’s, Tim’s and super close to Walmart which was nice.

When you walk in you’re greeted promptly with a smiling face. You’re given directions to best park for easiest access to your room. Then when you open the door to your room, you are greeted with a beautiful, crisp, clean room. The beds are comfortable and will surely give you a wonderful nights rest. We went to the restaurant and enjoyed a wonderful meal and then our children enjoyed the pool. Overall 10 out of 10

Ro at the front desk worked so hard to get me a pet-friendly room after I mistakenly booked a regular room through ******* (pro tip - call ahead if using *******). After a very challenging few days on the road, including a visit to the emergency vet, we needed a safe, quiet, clean place to stay. Thanks to Ro, we got exactly what the doctor ordered! Highly recommend!
