Called for like a good hour and the phone just rang and rang. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Thankfully when I finally managed to arrive someone was at the front desk.

Overall, it was so clean and they are kind for us. But the food for breakfast is not fresh.

Everything was great, except we did not get checked in until 5:00 p.m. although we arrived right at 4:00. Apparently, there were staff shortages and cleaning of the rooms. However, the front desk personnel handled it very well and it was not a problem.

The staff was great and responsive. I was upgraded to a larger room. The rooms were good but one had a fire alarm missing. However, when I told the person at the front desk she responded immediately. Breakfast was good as well. I recommend booking this hotel.

The room was clean but we were not satisfied with their cleaning services. They told us that we have to request for cleaning before our room can be cleaned but they did not mention other conditions such as not leaving any personal belonging on the bed. So the beddings of one of our beds was not changed because we left one old phone on the bed.
The hall way smells, the food is ridiculous.
