The property is spectacular from a facility perspective, but from a hospitality perspective, it is marginal at best. The stuffiness makes it difficult to really relax. There is no flexibility if you should arrive a little early and basically I was told to wander around the town rather than offer me a place to relax in the lounge. The staff are not friendly at all. No flexibility with any aspect of your schedule. If you do not conform to their program, there are no accommodations. There are limited opportunities for breakfast and you only get two options so you had better like what they decided you should have for that day. They rely a lot on digital communication and I think it is because they want to avoid any type of human interaction. Even when you share concerns, they only communicate with you digitally.

The glowing reviews of the The Inn on West Liberty were not wrong! Patty and her staff are fabulous hosts with amazing attention to detail (including dietary restrictions) and always available to give advice on where to go and what to see and do. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful (compliments to Lorie), the room private, quiet, and clean, and the location convenient and easily accessible. Staying at an inn while in Savannah is a must do and you can’t go wrong with The Inn on West Liberty.

The Inn is beautiful and in a perfect place to walk around Savannah. We parked our car and walked everywhere. The hosts were friendly and helpful with suggestions and even made reservations for us. I would highly reccomend this Inn for a visit to Savannah.

Book this stay as soon as possible! The Inn on West Liberty provided the best accommodations, service, and hospitality that I have ever experienced. The staff was kind, helpful, and attentive, and the room itself was beautiful and unique in true Savannah fashion. Will definitely be booking again in the future!

The home is so elegant it takes your breath away. The owners treat you like royalty. The breakfasts are gourmet quality and love the wine & cheese hour. We will definitely stay here again.

Suzy and Patti’s Inn is absolutely beautiful! They truly make your stay so enjoyable from the delicious breakfasts to the wine and charcuterie in the evening. They are located within walking distance of great restaurants, sights and shops. We would definitely recommend this wonderful bed and breakfast to anyone who is looking to have a relaxing time in Savannah.

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely phenomenal stay at the Inn on our trip to Savannah! Location: Perfect central location in the historic district with easy walking distance to many good restaurants, shopping, and attractions like Forsyth Park. I appreciated that there was parking available at the inn as well. Ambience: 10/10 beautiful interior with vintage furnishings, I loved the relaxing music playing throughout. Room/amenities: For being in a historic building I found our room to be quite spacious and comfortable, there is a TV although you will likely be too busy exploring to watch! I really liked the toiletries provided in the bathroom including a mini sample of bath salts to use in the tub. Food: absolutely delicious home cooked hot breakfast served in the dining room made us feel so special. We also loved the wine and cheese hour which helped us unwind and relax during our stay. Service: the staff and owners were so kind and friendly, really the epitome of southern hospitality! Overall our experience here is not one we will soon forget, looking forward to visiting again soon!
