I, realistically, expected more from a Wyndam property, but I was wrong! At checkin there was a stale tray of left over cheese and crackers on the counter (it's one thing to offer guests a snack, another to leave dried cheese out).
The room was smelly, the carpet disgusting, the bed cover not clean, the bathrooms not tidy and everything from the tv wires to the ac was in need of repair. The halls were loud late into the night with loud music, and the guests in the next room kept messing with the adjoining door and laughing. We were so worried we piled luggage against the doors. When I told the manager, she said we could leave but she wouldn't refund any of the money. I even offered to pay for the one night and just asked to cancel the remaining time, but she wouldn't consider it and was extremely rude. We felt unsafe and felt like we had no choice but to leave losing it all. I took pictures of everything and contacted ******* and Wyndam directly. ******* had a 8 rating for the hotel. Both were apologetic and offered points, but neither could get the manager to give any kind of refund. I hate to say it, but never again, Wyndam; you lost my business.
