Lovely place to stop on a long journey. Perfectly positioned for long drives where you need a break.
Very clean, really like that each room has a bath.
Breakfast is excellent and they have a nice bar for lunch and work meetings.
Stopped here several times, flexible about arrival time.

Was in room 12 ground floor. At 0450 was awoken by noise from corridor doors opening/closing, this lasted for 25 minutes, then could smell smoke as if someone now smoking in corridor. Spoke to reception who said sorry to hear that.

Stayed for two nights a local wedding, every member of staff we encountered was super helpful. The room was great, well set up for getting ready with lots of plugs, good lighting and a lovely powerful shower! Breakfast was lovely, a good selection of hot and cold food and proper coffee!

Very impressed with our Executive room, nice size room and bathroom. Only suggestion is that bigger towel rails are fitted in the bathroom. To be eco friendly and reuse the towels, larger rails are needed so the towels can dry.

The staff at reception, health club, bar and restaurant, especially Sandra and her team at breakfast made our visit so wonderful. We were very impressed with the customer service from reception on our arrival, and the friendly approach from the staff at the health club, the bar. We had 5*** service at breakfast, all the tables were cleared so quickly and cleaned in readiness for the breakfast guests. The breakfast selection was delicious and so varied. Sandra and the other ladies could not have made our breakfast experience any more enjoyable, she was so focused on the guests receiving a fab experience, also the receptionist when she sorted out a room issue within minutes on our arrival. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anybody, thanks to all

Stay was good. Room was ok, fan was VERY noisy in bathroom so had to switch off. No batteries in tv remote either.
One bonus was there are Tesla superchargers at this site which for me was an added bonus.
