Was told when I got there I got lucky I was getting an upgrade to a third bed in an adjoining room but really it wasn't I needed to get in there to use the bathroom so...it was just not a nice room it was clean but just not as nice as the room that was in the picture...I'm sure they do this all the time.

Room was dirty, sheets were stained, outlet hanging out of the wall, shower was never cleaned from previous guest. If I was to change in my room, anybody driving by could have seen me through it. Toilet itself was never cleaned and stained. No other lock on the door besides the hotel key we were given (only one mind you) we actually gave them there key back and went down to another hotel 4 minutes away because the place did not seem safe. We also waited 15 minutes in the “lobby” to just get our keys in the first place.

We booked 2 nights. $350 CAN. it was absolutely disgusting. We arrived after a 10hr drive. No one was in the office. And when someone finallly came in, they just finished smoking a joint.
We packed up and left at 8am after our first night. We had a 1 yr old and a 4yr old. The hotel was EMPTY and they put us 4 levels up, all stairs facing away from the ocean.
The room was hardly cleaned. Sticky floor from a previous party. Party beads and whistle in the room. A used Qtip on the floor. Sheets of toilet paper under the red bed cover. Our room smelled of cigarettes and ****.
A floor heater hot to touch. So extremely unsafe for kids. Splatter all over the bathroom wall near the sink. Toilet paper stuffed all around the A/C unit that was rotting from the wall. And the beds were on metal futon bases.
Weve contacted ******* to refund our money, but the hotel refuses to answer and return their calls. Its been an awful experience. I would never recommend this hotel and its a shame ******* is allowing a buisness like this to advertise on their site.

The room is on the 3rd floor. You have to walk up 39 steps to get to the room. The microwave door was broken and it made loud whistling and grinding noises. There was no coffee pot. Toilet paper holder was broke. They gave us two towels and no wash cloths. We had to ask for more.No clock, no phone. No coffee pot. Took 18 minutes to let the shower run for hot water. The only perk of this hotel is that it's right on the boardwalk. Oh, and we found out, its close to the Hersey Shore house.

We arrived to an empty office no one greeted us we waited for a while before I finally decided to look up the number and call and they answered and told me the key to the room was left on the counter to grab it and go to my room. Was never given WiFi password, the room was average the tv was small and barely worked. The walls between rooms were paper thin. As my family get ourselves situated because of the lack of sound proofing I guess the guest next to us called to complain because we were walking around in the room and talking.The person who we never met called my personal phone to let me know we are making to much noise and the guest next to us were complaining. We informed him we were just getting situated into the room. The only plus side was that they were pet friendly along with the view of the boardwalk and ocean. When checking out there was still no one in the office so I left the keys on the counter.

This place is AWFUL! DO NOT GO HERE! It says it is 100% non smoking, but my room & the office reeked of cigarette smoke. The room was dirty & had hairs (either beard, nose or pube) in the sink! Don't even get me started on the customer service! 👎 I was told we could not get a refund because the 'manager' wasn't there & that we would get a call back. 3 days later, my husband called & they offered only a partial refund. Their reasoning for only partial refund was because the ROOM NEEDED TO BE CLEANED AGAIN (even though it was dirty when I walked in! ) because I spent an hour in there. So disgusted, disappointed & will be writing this review & posting the hair pictures from their sink everywhere possible!!
