A roomy room with a decent view. The staff was kind and attentive. I liked being able to walk to the museum and to Target. Alexa in the room was a nice touch. The inside doors of the elevators need revisiting and numbering order in them is one of a kind.

I’ve stayed at this hotel whenever I’m in Bellevue, WA for well over thirty years. My earliest memories of this property were as a Red Lion Hotel. Then it became a Double Tree and finally, on its deathbed , it’s a Hilton. How the mighty have fallen… Not withstanding the property, which I’ll get into, I will say that the staff are generally kind and helpful. So this review is not to diminish their efforts. However hard they work, the reality is this property is beyond salvage and should be torn down and a new property should be built in its place. The bedrooms are grossly outdated, and when you look behind the doors, or in between the furniture, you’ll see how old this hotel is. While it’s sizeable in space and scope, the elevators are tragically slow, with two-of-four being out of commission when we stayed there recently. Sadly, the water pressure is so low it takes forever to wash and rinse. Our keycard failed three separate times, requiring a long walk and painful elevator ride back to the main desk where the staff reset the keycard. The pool is functioning, but there were never enough chairs and loungers. Add to this there were never enough fresh towels and you’re getting the taste of mediocrity this hotel delivers. One absolutely disgusting site is the swamp that lies just beside the pool (down the concrete foundation about twenty feet). I have no idea who thinks this is aesthetically pleasing, but it’s not. It’s home to a few ducks who clearly have poor taste in accommodations, as did we. This poolside unattraction is downright ugly. One thing I was interested to see were several staff members not wearing any type of formal Hilton uniforms. The breakfast buffet chef was literally dressed in Carharts with a t-shirt, work boots and a ball cap on. And one of the maintenance staff looked like he just walked in off the street. Management must have been on vacation at another property. Finally, the outside of the building, including the massive sloping glass facade, clearly hasn’t been washed in decades. And worse, yet, the parking area is filthy to say the least. Food containers, candy wrappers, cigarette butts and hygiene products lay a strewn for days with no effort to maintain a modest effort in appearance. This was the last time we will stay at this hotel. If you want to save yourself frustration and disappointment, I encourage you to stay at the new Marriott up the street. Literally blocks away, it’s a cleaner, nicer bet.

Seattle's newest waterfront hotel located on the shores of Lake Washington looking toward Seattle. The hotel is located at the Southport development 7.8 Miles 10-15 minutes from SeaTac Int'l airport. Featuring 347 guestrooms and suites, a full service restaurant, 24 HR Market and over 60000 sq ft of event space. The hotel is surrounded by office residential and over 50 acres of public park perfect to experience the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. This location is virtually equidistant to the downtown business districts for Seattle and Bellevue: the perfect based camp to explore all of the Seattle region.

My girlfriend of a three-year international student in Seattle came to Seattle for the second time. I booked the Sheraton Dt. Because I live next to the hotel, I tried it. It’s not a tourist season. I also saw that there is no suitable Ctrip. Check-in speed is fast and there is no trouble registering. Stayed for three nights except for the location and the rest was perfect. The price is also very reasonable. It is quiet compared to downtown. It is next to the Boeing factory. The room can still see the planes that have not been assembled. The lake downstairs is very quiet and beautiful. I stay by the lake for a long time every time I am in a bad mood.
The fly in the ointment is that the location is 15-20 minutes from the airport to the hotel. If you go to DT, it takes 15 minutes. Bellevue takes 15 minutes. It’s not cost-effective if you can rent a car. If you can rent a car, it’s a great location. Go to puyallup and stay at a homestay. If you don’t have anything to eat nearby, I suggest a Korean barbecue in Renton dt. It’s a 10-minute walk and it’s called Exit 5 Korean BBQ. There’s a self-service milk tea shop on the way up and it’s also great, DIY TEA LAB. Picture 1 is a Korean barbecue restaurant Picture 2 and Picture 3 are the lake downstairs Picture 4 is Renton DT

I had to travel during the COVID restrictions. (It was an emergency)
I was very nervous about what the check in would be like and how the room would be cleaned. On my arrival, the front desk was set up with a 12 foot social distance toy truck system. It was very ingenious toy truck and a ramp to take the cards to and from each person. The only card I sent up was my license and next to the truck ramp were wipes and hand jell so when I received my room card I could clean those too.
The elevators had signs asking for only 2 passengers per ride and to keep socially distanced with masks.
My room was so clean and remotes were wrapped in a paper stating they had been cleaned. When I had to return again a month later they had stickers on the door jam sealing the door stating they had been cleaned.
The free breakfast was still served in a to go form. Individual bags had pastries and bagels and coffee in to go cups.
I was extremely impressed with the care they took to make sure everything was clean and safe in our current situation.
I stayed in a King bedroom suite. It was very spacious and the price was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to make a meal.
We stayed in the same type of room our second trip and had our dog. There is a large open field about a block away that is used for dog training and was a great place to play with our dog and let her run.
Anything you need is less than a mile away. Groceries, Costco, Target and a beautiful state park on the lake with swimming, play equipment and a boat launch. Not to mention the historical down town of Issaquah that is working on interesting ways to open all their restraints.
I’m booking my 3rd stay, and hopefully last for a while but I will always make this my go to place.

Close to the airport. If you’re after a very quick stop-over between flights, this Hilton branch has a lot more to offer than I had time to explore. Trustworthy Hilton quality with food and drink, nice relaxed atmosphere in the bar. Most of the hotel space is carpeted, so it was quite the effort to get my extra-large cases to and from my room, which seemed to be miles away! The building it quite spread out, so be prepared for the possibility of having to trek to your room. On the plus side though, it did make for a lovely quiet and undisturbed stay. Shuttle bus leaves for the airport at 20 past the hour and will take you right into the terminal carpark, stopping next to the elevator for departures. Highly recommended!

This was our third time staying at this hotel in Poulsbo. It is very new (3 years) and clean. The staff is very friendly. This time we stayed 5 days and were initially put in a not so great room because we arrived late to check-in, but Guest Service Manager Concepcion was very nice and accommodated our request to move and upgraded us to a larger room. Breakfast offering was good. In terms of the rooms, the only thing I miss having is a safe in the room. The location is very good, within a couple of blocks from Walmart, Starbucks, Taco Bell, etc. Downtown Poulsbo is a quick 10 minute drive away.

There is a king bed in Shanghai, the hotel environment is very quiet, the pool is not able to swim the water is particularly dirty, probably because it is cold in June and has not been open. It's good to sleep here and can't hear the sound of the plane. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Because the base of the kettle is lost, I don't know if I can boil water, but hot water can also be provided here, hygiene is generally OK, but the price is OK.

Outstanding
SS TsuiBig room with excellent bedding and modern design for both business and leisure travelers. Excellent location for tourists and shopping and dining.
Courteous staff are efficient and friendly in providing best quality service.
GGuest UserStayed here for 3 nights whilst holidaying from Australia. Quirky, fun pineapple theme throughout- plush cute dog on the bed, pineapple pic on pillow, bathrobe etc. Free welcome drink of your choice from a selection. No free breakie - but has a few things you can buy- drink, pastries in packets in a fridge in the foyer.Coffee was also sometimes available. Room was clean and had nice decor. Wifi also worked well. The staff were very friendly and helpful-they happily printed off our bag labels for our luggage for our Alaskan cruise. Hotel is in a good location- easy walk to space needle, restaurants- lots of choices, handy mini mart, good coffee/donut shop close by. Bed was a bit hard for us- but that is personal taste. To watch movies you had to log into your own Netflix etc account- a few free movie channels would have been nice. Would stay here again and recommend to others if in Seattle.
MMr. CruzGreat hotel awesome location. The gym was great they have a sauna and hot tub. Parking also isn't too expensive. Definitely a plus in Seattle.
The room we stayed at looked like they rushed to clean it. Hair was still in the tub...safe to say we didn't use it.
When booking our room the descriptions categorize the room as ”lake view”. That should definitely be updated to say ”city view” not ”lake view”. Kind of upset that we didn't know ahead of time because we would've upgraded if we would've known sooner.
Also beware of construction being done in the city!!when we stayed 3 out of the 4 roads around the hotel were under construction. 2 of those roads were closed off and the city started work at 6am on Saturdays. 630am came around and there were jack hammers being used on the roads that could be heard on the 15th floor.
All in all I would stay here again but would do more research before booking.
WwanFantastic. Breakfast included, close to Space Needle and Museum of Pop Culture. Easy to get to the Westlake Center, Pike Place Market and got a day tour readily.
The 24/7 coffee machine, self-served laundry are very thoughtful.
Wifi connection to Mainland Chinese mobile is a problem. There's no connection issue with iPhone.
The G/F food store ensures you could get late night food upon arrival.
Lime water welcome drink is refreshing and the catering as well as housekeeping teams are professional and helpful even at peak times.
Guest parking is welcome.
I highly recommend this Inn to Seattle city and business travelers. It's close to the Seattle Center, thus also the Pacific Science Center and the Children's Museum too.
GGuest UserStayed at this property twice in 9 days at the beginning and end of our cruise, This property is very convenient to the airport. I normally would have given the property an Excellent rating except for an issue with the most relevant aspect of the property. The property has a 24/7 airport shuttle which runs every half hour. The property shuttle will also take you to many local dining establishments which is very convenient. Due to the really bad lines at the airport, it is very important to get to the airport early so you don't miss your flight. Upon check-in, I signed up for the shuttle to catch my flight in the morning. I literally watched the young lady at the desk write my name, room number and time in the book. The next morning, I went out early to the shuttle and was rudely told by the driver that I was not listed for a trip and I could not be taken to the airport. The shuttle left without me. I then spoke to someone at the desk who agreed to get me an Uber. Not that I blame the hotel, but the Uber showed up really late because he apparently ran an errand before he picked me up. This whole episode really cause a lot of anxiety and could have been avoided. The hotel itself is very nice, the room was clean and had everything needed for our stay. Breakfast is a to go very early in the am and then becomes hot and cold food after a certain time (don't recall the time). The hot breakfast was very good. Every one working at the hotel desk is very nice and professional. One real advantage of this property is that they will let you check in early after your cruise once a room is available. My only advice staying here is before you go to sleep, call the front desk and make sure you are on the shuttle.
GGuest UserI don't write reviews, so this had to be special to earn one. It only gets two stars because the room was clean and the location was central. Aside from that, parking is $45 a night for guests, which is FAR more than options nearby. Internet costs an extra $13 unless you book through Marriot's proprietary channels. The mattress was a disappointing, saggy full. Not even a queen? Come on. The rooms had plenty of space for a queen at least. I wanted to watch the Mariners game which I was in town for... but the TV had been stripped of local options ”so that you can watch in the bar,” I was told by a front desk employee. Honestly, everything top to bottom felt like it was geared to create additional charges at all possible opportunities, like I was being punished for staying there. Or more accurately, like they were trying to milk every possible dime out of me before I left. I asked an employee about all of these disappointments and was told, ”Yeah, it's kind of a joke, but there's nothing I can do about it.” Now that's encouraging to hear. It was the kind of stay that makes me not trust the entire Marriot organization. I wasn't expecting anything particularly special; just what a normal hotel experience would be. This was wellbelow that.
JJesse MunkThis was one of the best Hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. It began with an amazing Valet named Earnest. He was the most congenial and friendly valet I have ever met.
He was unable to park our 1 ton truck in the underground parking. I had a bunch of tools in the back for a IT installation job I was in town to complete. Earnest felt genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of our vehicle and my tools. He went out of his way to help me empty the vehicle, and checked all of the items (which was a lot) in the baggage area of the hotel.
He then helped to find street parking which was in a safe area, and actually saved us $60 in parking fees.
After all of this Earnest then made an amazing dinner suggestion and even provided us with coupons which saved us a great deal on our dinner.
As I returned to the hotel each day during my stay Earnest greeted me by name, without reminder. That is a feat in my book as I often can't remember coworkers names whom I interact with daily, for years.
My wife and child accompanied me on this business trip. They eventually became visibly stir crazy. The Desk clerk noticed and provided all sorts of coloring books, crafts, games etc for my 4 year old. This without us asking. I did not get her name unfortunately.
After our trip we thought we had left some items behind. We called the hotel frantic because the items were irreplicable. The staff (each and every one we spoke to, one of whom named Cindy) were genuinely concerned and eager to help us locate the items. Calling us back to update us with their search regularly, and even offering to ship the items to us immediately once found.
Beyond the absolutely impeccable staff the hotel itself is beautiful. If you love pre-war architecture and design it is an absolute gem. It is like a time capsule. Every room has a milk door, and the electrical is all retrofitted because the building clearly predates electricity.
AS bonus they have a café, salon, skin care facility, and speakeasy on site. The speakeasy was closed during our stay, but the café was wonderful. We did not try the other services.
I will likely stay here on each and every visit to Seattle. It's an absolutely perfect hotel!
GGuest UserThe W Seattle was conveniently located and within walking distance to most of Seattle’s attractions (Pike Place, Space Needle, waterfront). The small entrance to the hotel is located on Seneca Street and during our stay we were “greeted” by a few homeless folks who hung around the entrance. Returning to Seattle after a few years away, we noticed a lot more homeless people – the homeless people did not bother us but you did feel a little unsafe during the evenings. Check-in: Unfortunately we checked in past 9pm on a Friday night and in true W fashion, the DJ had the music so loud that the lobby was deafening and it was impossible to communicate with the front desk. Thankfully the front desk were well prepared and handed us a one sheet summary with a welcome letter. Breakfast: Disappointing. I have had better free breakfast at Marriott Courtyard. We had breakfast included with our room and this was capped to $20 per person. The quality of the breakfast items were average at best and very over-priced. Room: We had a lovely Corner Studio on a high floor which had amazing views of the water. The room had a Nespresso coffee machine which was restocked daily. The only downside to the room was the bathroom. Compared to other W hotels, the bathroom/shower was a little dated.
XXIAOXUANOrdered for the children, the response is good, the location is good, the travel is convenient, my hotel in such a foreign country is ok, the others are good, that is, the room is not very soundproof
