Very pleasant hotel with smiling and very kind staff who agreed to change our room because the first one was too noisy (motorway). Coffee and tea available at any time and free, the 320 bus to Manhattan is 3 minutes away, we had a very good week.

The room we had had the noise of cars passing by. It was torture and being able to sleep like that and the sheets felt very rough and dirty and we asked to be changed and the lobby service was very rude, they said there weren't any and they didn't take any. the trouble of providing a solution and unfortunately we stayed two days

Great room and location.
Just remember to pack sleep masks. Walls are a bit thin…so maybe music or ear plugs. Otherwise everything else was great!

A messy hotel, the room is close to the highway, so noisy that I couldn't sleep, I asked to change the room, the front desk said no, I asked for a non-refundable check-out, and Ctrip intervened to no avail. All trips were delayed. Later, I repeatedly asked to change the room, and changed to a room inside. As a result, the cunning waiter changed to a room with a problem with the air conditioner. The switch failed, and I couldn't even turn it off. Ctrip is very weak in dealing with problems overseas. The other hotel simply ignored it. Very bad, very bad, fellow citizens, don't choose.
