Immediately after cleaning it disappears, but then appears again. My accommodation option is HB. For those who love to eat delicious food, this is the smartest choice. Dinners are very varied, there really is something for every taste: meat, fish, desserts, appetizers - the variety is simply mind-boggling! Themed dinners are also organized. Thus, one of the evenings was dedicated to Turkish cuisine. The pool is great. There are even 2 of them. One with access to the beach. The beach may not be the most impressive. Here, depending on what you compare with. The hotel area is small. There is an area around where many expats live. We had a wonderful family holiday. The Hotel and its great staff is fullfiling every wish. The room is spacious, the service is good, and the sanitation is also very good. Apart from the expensive breakfast, there is nothing wrong with it. It is very convenient to be close to the airport

I stayed for three or four nights. The hotel is a little remote and, in May, the outside temperature too high however I slept well, I liked the Belgian and Thai restaurants and enjoyed the gym. As ever, people matter more than places. I was cheered by Jennifer’s friendly greeting at breakfast, Jay was prompt to resolve my urge for chocolate and, above all I must praise Khaled who calmly helped with what was, for me, a printing crisis.

The staff is great, attentive, full of little touches throughout our stay which are a pleasure. The chef is incredibly kind, his dishes are very good. A big thank you to Nancy, chef Hemraj and the restaurant manager. We had a great stay.

Traveling as a tourist in Oman can be expensive which is why finding great hotels that are affordable yet offer a clean, modern and affordable place to guests can be a great find. This hotel is very close to the hotel and I really liked how well kept it is. The room is spacious and modernly furnished and connecting rooms are also available for families or large groups traveling to the Sultanate. Sometimes it can get really expensive to stay in the city for a long term but if you are staying at this hotel then you’re guaranteed to get a decent room for a very good price. I really enjoyed the breakfast that was served as well which I received very quickly and everything was fresh, tasty and filling! The staff is very friendly and welcoming and offer tips for travelers as well. Their Nizwa Coffee Lounge is a great place to sit and relax also and their Salalah Dining Room where the breakfast buffet is located is also quite good! Overall, I’d definitely recommend this boutique hotel for travelers looking to save some money without compromising on their quality of stay

It was terrible experience I had on this property (citadine al ghubrah muscat) I was traveling almost 24hours for holiday vacation, I selected this hotel to stay since near by the aiport, unfortunately I chosen the wrong hotel, upon check- in the lady receptionist asking me a full payment for the stay, I have no enough cash omr. But I have $ dollars with me, the total cost of my stay is only omr. 22 I have 15 omr and the rest 7 omr. I will pay by dollars, I informed the lady receptionist that I will pay the rest with $ dollars, she said that the hotel will not accept $ dollars, I was explained to her that I just came from the aiport and I was so tired shall I pay the rest by evening I have to exchange my dollars outside, or my cousin will come by evening and pay the rest of the amount cost of only omr. 7 or else I will quarantine my id or passport to keep , I will exchange the dollars outside by evening , but she refused me to check in, now I realize the discrimination /criticism,I decided to walk out and check in to other hotel, thank God other hotel very considerate not even asking the deposit even id's qurrantee, will I hope other guest will not experience the same treatment that I had experience , you have to improve your hospitality and service, especially front office staffs, never ever to booked this hotel anymore,many hotel choices in Muscat.
