It’s a nice and cozy hotel. Overall I enjoyed staying here. A couple of areas this hotel can do to even be a better stay are: 1. Room doors don’t seem to block any noise from the hallway.. We literally could hear people opening and closing doors and could hear their conversations. 2. The breakfast was great! But we initially we were told it’s going to be in the restaurant area and then ended up in the rooms. I think better communication would’ve been useful. Again, the food was great and actually very affordable. A side note: I woke up with the sun in my eyes in the morning because the small bathroom window was basically aligned to the bathroom door and into the bed (not serious, but could be fixed perhaps)..

✓ I stayed for 20 nights and stayed for a long time, but it was very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and the building itself may not be new, but they are well maintained and cleaned. Oman may be poorly drained everywhere, sometimes overflowing from the drain, but it's okay if you don't drain it at once. Breakfast was also full of fruits, vegetables, omelets and chicken sausages with bread. At the hotel restaurant, it is also good to have menus that cannot be tasted at Japanese curry shops such as Kerala curry. Especially the mutton billiards are delicious with meat. The hotel cafe also has drinks that cannot be tasted in Japanese cafes such as saffron latte, and Kouf milk shake is especially recommended. ◦ Because it was a long stay, I also used cleaning at a discounted price. I was impressed by the high quality of the finish, even by the clean ironing. ◦ Since the kitchen is complete, you can also prepare your own meals, and at the YAS Market, which is about a 3-minute walk from the hotel, you can get cosmetics, clothing, perfumes, etc., such as food, seasonings, cooking utensils, moisturizers, etc., which is convenient. ◦ It's a little far from the so-called tourist attractions, but in addition to Fahad, who was introduced by the hotel, famous tourist attractions such as Matra and Old Muscat, I was able to visit the hot spring spot where footbath can be done, the spot of relaxation of the local 々, and Seeb Souq, and the place of color 々. Location right on the lively pedestrian zone at the harbor. Solid 4* hotel with outstanding service. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar is only open in the evenings.

When faced with a 14 hour layover in Muscat from Turkey to Melbourne, Australia via Kuala Lumpur you start looking at airport lounges and other alternatives. I had checked into options before we left Melbourne and found this hotel. When the business lounge options didn't work out as planned this was our choice and it worked well. The Aerotel Muscat Hotel is inside the airport and caters for people who are not leaving the airport and who only have carry on luggage. We approached the reception and found that booking online was cheaper but their advice onto what options they had were invaluable. We chose to rent a room for 12 hours and take half board. We chose breakfast (6-10) and dinner (from 7pm to 11 pm). By 9am in Ramadan the hot buffet had nothing out but they made us an omelet and scrambled eggs on request with sausage pieces, baked beans and hash browns and there was so much we couldn't finish it. Sliced bread and toaster was available and self-serve juice, tea and coffee with slices of carrot and banana cake for desert. Dinner was from options of a set menu again cooked individually. It was a lot cheaper and a lot tastier than other airport offerings. Our room was a garden view room though I gather others may look over airplanes flying in and out. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep well during the day. There were only two pillows supplied but I could have asked the front 24 hr reception for more. There was a cupboard with hanging space and you don't need much more luggage storage. We also had a desk with comfortable chair if you needed to work and a couch as well as coffee and tea making and two free bottles of water but no mini-fridge. The large wall mounted TV looked good but, despite three attempts by technical staff, we couldn’t get it to work properly. It wasn't a priority for me who just wanted to sleep but for my husband it was more important. It had nice lamps and ceiling lights and good power and charging points. The central cooling (heating) worked well. I liked the design of the bathroom which was a very modern circular design with the toilet on one side and the shower on the other with the sink basin in between. It had hot water, good water pressure, shampoo and shower gel supplied as well as shower cap and dental kit. There was more in cupboard with the safe including a comb and body lotion which I took a while to notice. There were only one set of towels so we requested extra which we got quite quickly. There were no full length mirrors.

We chose this hotel since it was associated with Radisson but it did not meet the expectations. It is very isolated property with no nice view outside. Also the food options are very limited. The options at the breakfast are limited and very few people service the guest and you have to wait for someone to come and clean the table for you. Overall it was an ok experience.

Great location!!! The room and bathroom we like it awesome outdoor swimming pool South Indian restaurant very nice food & tasty. We loved our stay .i recommend this resorts out my friends. We stayed here on our last night in Omar and it was great the staff very helpfull the Seeb Market and beach very close to hotel .they arrange the car complimentry.The overall atmosphere quite and comfortable.

The staff is great, attentive, full of little touches throughout our stay which are a pleasure. The chef is incredibly kind, his dishes are very good. A big thank you to Nancy, chef Hemraj and the restaurant manager. We had a great stay.

Brand new hotel and clean. I loved my stay here and will stay here again if I'm ever back in Muscat. There isn't much in the area, but it is up and coming and short commutes to the beach and Mosque. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. High Recommend!

Clean, cozy, new, fresh. The swimming pool is open. Nice fitness room. The rooms are comfortable. Very simple breakfasts, this is rather a minus. To comfortably get to and from the hotel, you definitely need a car or taxi. There is nothing within walking distance. Slippers and bathrobes are not included. Minor shortcomings in cleaning.
