Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel Zum Gourmet, das Essen war ausgezeichnet und das Personal (besonders der Baarkeeper) sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber, wir hatten uns dort wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Aus hygienischen Gründen würde ich in beiden Speisesäälen die Teppichböden entfernen zumal in dem einem Saal auch Hunde erlaubt sind, die Anordnung der Tische in dem großen Saal würde ich nicht so eng gestalten.

Synes godt der kunne være et køleskab og el kedel, når det er et **** stjernet hotel. Vi kunne ikke spise i Restaurant, hvilket der fremgår af hjemmesiden.
Værelset var ikke stort, men der var en flot udsigt over bjergerne og en fin Terrasse.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind neu und geräumig, das Essen (all inclusive) hervorragend. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf Wünsche wird gerne eingegangen. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir werden wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

Wir verbrachten mit Freunden 5 Tage in diesem netten Hotel und waren begeistert von der Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals, der gemütlichen Atmosphäre und dem schönen Ambiente des Hotels. Wir hatten eine geräumige Juniorsuite, sehr ruhig, sehr sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Mahlzeiten, sei es das vielfältige Frühstück, das Mittagessen, die Kaffeepause waren perfekt und schmackhaft. Das Abendmenü mit Menüwahl haben wir sehr genossen, perfekt angerichtet und sehr gut. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Das gesamte Haus ist geschmackvoll und themenbezogen eingerichtet. Die Suite ist groß, die Betten sehr bequem und mit zusätzlichen Kissen ausgestattet. Das Bad ist großzügig mit Bidet, Wanne/Dusche und Fön. Der Speiseraum - extra für Hundebesitzer - ist geräumig. Wir hatten all inclusive und so blieben keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut sortiert und das Abendmenü ein Traum. Das Personal ging auf jeden Wunsch ein und bei den Gängen gab es keinen Zeitdruck. Unser Hund wurde ebenfalls als Gast behandelt. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und tierfreundlich. Hervorzuheben sind auf jeden Fall Katharina, Susi und Joraj, die sich permanent um unser Wohl kümmerten und dabei stets auch unseren Dackel Charlotte versorgten. Dafür nochmals unseren Dank. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Grundsätzlich ein sehr schönes Hotel. Hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche Personal. Auch das Essen ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind gut und passend groß. Leider sind die Programmlisten der Fernseher nicht sortiert. Da man nur durchschalten und keine einzelnen Programme anwählen kann ist das sehr nervig. Der Saunabereich ist ausreichend groß, leider sind die beiden Saunen zu klein. Getränke im Allinklusive sind okay, auch Aperol Spritz etc. Jägermeister leider nur gegen Aufpreis. Bis zum Zentrum sind es ca. 10-15 Min. zu Fuß. Ich würde es wieder buchen.

A big thank you to Katarina, Suzi, Nicol and the other kind and hard working team for providing us with another fabulous holiday. Chefs in the kitchen are never seen by guests but also deserve special mention owing to the varied menu and great choices on offer. And having 4 choices of top quality white and 4 choices of top quality red wine available as part of the all inclusive package was superb. Hope to see you all again soon.
