I was visiting in Sokos Hotel Lakeus one night in end of June. Hotel was fully booked because Music Festival Provinssi Rock and check-in took more time than usual but I think they still managed ok. All check-In desk were operating and check-in process itself was efficient. Room was spacious, modern and clean. Everything was in right order. Room had also own sauna which was very nice. Breakfast was ok as well. Not a five star but it included all incredients I prefer. overall impression of the hotel was excellent.

Lakeus was a nice surprise, the best or at least one of the best Sokos hotels I've stayed in. Renewed, modern and clean room with a small certified sauna in room. Bathroom small, but functional. Service throughout the hotel was excellent, very friendly and helpful added with good humor. Loved the localization in a form of several details, mostly in a form of local dialect, the restaurant menu as just one of example of this. Will definitely stay here again

The hotel is very, very good. From the outside, the hotel looks a bit old and I was initially worried that I would be disappointed. The opposite happened: everything is perfect! From the service to the breakfast to the check-out time, everything is perfect. We will be back.
