The room is spacious and the beds comfortable lovely family room. Lovely balcony area and great views. Entertainment team are great, lots to do for children with daily disco, bingo and beach parties. The pool area is great, great kids area amd lots of slides. Very clean. The food is good and lots of options. Kids area which is good. Overall really nice family holiday.

What a beautiful hotel! Brilliant for all the family, the entertainment team really make it! Tito and tchico are brilliant and very funny! Even tho they picked on me at darts (familiar to millions). Would definitely come back always something to do eat and drink kids have loved it.

Very good holiday accommodating 28 family members, the entertainment team at the pool were top class and kept us busy and entertained all day and night. They are funny and inviting and the pool bar are great with playing requested songs to suit whatever you fancy, the drinks were great however the glasses need updated. Food was good, we ate out a few times as it was a little the same however all in all I really enjoyed my time. the rooms were spotless and everywhere in the full place is cleaned all the time!

Hotel was spotless, rooms are stunning, food was fine not amazing but not bad, everything is getting cleaned all the time. I would say out of a party of 28 of us, half of us fell unwell. We can’t think why as we all ate the same and everything’s always clean etc. we reported this to jet2 but we didn’t let it spoil our holiday. I will say this, the entertainment team were amazing!! They went above and beyond for us every day, keeping all ages entertained they were funny, polite and defo made the holiday. Chicko and tito know how to please guests!! They also went above and beyond for our family’s special birthdays, decorating and getting everyone involved!

We visited the Korumar for a week as an extended family ranging between 63 and 4 years old. It is clearly an excellent resort with many excellent features yet only let down by the quality of the food. The first impressions on arrival are good as it is a very grand hotel which is spotlessly clean. It is large but caters well for the numbers with plenty of space both in and out. We had a suite which was as good as anything that we have ever stayed in and well equipped and so much space. It was kept immaculate by the staff at all times. The pool area is superb, large yet broken down into several sections. It also has 2 water parks which are also first class. Plenty of sunbeds and no need to be up and about early reserving. The bars are well stocked with many branded drinks and we found the local wine and beer to be very good with the staff particularly in the Lobby bar and Pool bar very efficient. The main restaurant is very big and gets very busy at dinner times with many people queuing at the hotplates. The drinks service in the main restaurant is lacking and sometimes you almost have to chase down a member of staff to get a drink with a poor follow up service. It was a bit pot luck on how hot the food would be with often luke warm servings. This is something that never really improved, which was a shame. This particularly area was often commented on by other guests and is also reflected in many other reviews. We ate in the International la carte which is ok and the food of an acceptable standard. The hotel has an excellent beach which is well maintained and pleasant. The animation team were excellent and provided a great service both day and night with a variety of entertainment varying from fire shows, acrobats, space show and dancers. Overall, we had a good stay with so many excellent features but let down by the food standards and especially the food not being served hot as this can be a recipe for trouble with more reports than normal of people falling ill including one of our own party. We have travelled extensively. including many trips to Turkey and the food should always be of a good standard especially for a 5 * hotel, but sadly this let the hotel down and is a shame considering all the other excellent features. I hope that the numerous comments on the food are acknowledged soonest by the hotel management and that this is rectified immediately as this is a really good hotel and despite some concerns I believe that this will have to be addressed and I would certainly recommend a stay her in the future.

My 4th time in this hotel and also my favourite one. I had the best experiences and made so good memories from here. I love everything about this hotel… But I love love so so much the animation team, they are so nice to me, every year when I come to the hotel and I’m crying every year because I need to go home. I already miss, Aynur, Onur, Minnie, Tito, Toni and Cardi. To be honest I miss everyone from the animation team I love them with my whole heart and I can’t wait to see them next year. We visited for a week in September 24, we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and joined by our parents. First an most importantly the hotel who I'd advised of this upgraded not only ourselves but my parents to a full suite from a junior, and wow, just wow. We've stayed in a lot of lovely rooms and suites but it was huge! 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies! They'd also arranged flowers, a fruit bowl and a bottle of wine which was amazing of them. 1st the room. The suites are amazing beautifully decorated, amazing views and everything you could want in terms of toiletries etc. There is a mini bar with soft drinks and beer, I tipped the mini bar guy daily and he got me a range of beers including estrella and carlsberg. Jacuzzi bath, slippers and robes and plenty of towels. 2. The pool, the absolute wow factor of the resort, it is huge and beautiful. Thanks to the size it never feels busy and never an issue getting a sunbed. Kids water park is the best I have seen, amazing setup and so popular. The big slides again are absolutely brilliant for a resort, I had so much fun of them. Word of caution, there are height restrictions of 1.2m which they take seriously. Not a criticism as I understand it's for a reason. 3. Drinks, premium spirits are served which is a big plus, however they don't measure and are very generous! The downside is most feel like drinking neat spirits which can be a bit over bearing. I didn't drink much wine but was told it was good, the beer is efes which is tasty and popular. 4. Entertainment team - great bunch, very enthiastic! try to get you involved in everything but accept when you don't want to. We had an issue with one of them, on the 1st day he took my 4 year olds shark sunglasses and wondered off (as a joke) an hour later we had to tell him it was too far and he gave them back. Day 5 he did it again but didn't return, after asking him 5 times throughout an entire day where are they and being told ill go grab them now, he still didn't and with an upset child I became annoyed and told himsto stop ignoring us and get them immediately. We all over a joke and fun but it was too far and then clearly just lying to us. A few hours later Anyur the ents manager came with a new pair of sunglasses and a toy car. she was great and very apologetic, handled it fantastically, it's just a shame the guy couldn't have just said I'm sorry I've lost them and that would have been the end of it. But again, the rest of the team are fantastic. 5. The beach, absolutely beautiful. Lovely beach, well maintained, life guard as well as bar, plenty of beds and beautiful warm sea. 6. The food, sadly this is the only real negative for me. I'm a massive food and will eat literally anything. I'll highlight firstly I was the only one out of five of us, however the first night I caught some form of bug/food poisoning and spent the next 24 hrs extremely ill.
