The location of the hotel, its open areas, restaurants and cafes were very adequate and beautiful. The gentlemen at the reception were very friendly. The waiters and waiters were all very warm people who did their jobs well. The only members of the animation team were the girls who didn't mind having hair removed from their noses, and I guess they thought they were at the hotel to show up. People are waiting for a smiling face and a hello. They wear sunglasses and walk without looking left or right. You ask something and they don't even hear it. I didn't want to make a negative comment, but I think it would be important for them to take into consideration because it's such an obvious thing. Other than that, everything was very nice and enjoyable. Thanks.

The hotel food is very good and the rooms are clean, TVs are renewed, screen sizes ***et large indoor pool is nice, we were pleased 😊

We went for our child to enter the pool, only half an hour in 4 days. The temperature of the pool is 27 degrees next to us, but it is cold, not suitable for children, other facilities are good

This resort is located almost halfway between Kusadasi and Selcuk. It is in an isolated location with only 2 other hotels close by. The local bus stops just outside the resort and costs the grand sum of 70 lira to Kusadasi 15 minutes or 50 lira to Selcuk, Ephesus10 minutes. Kusadasi is a larger town with a cruise ship port so it's easy to get by with English language. It has a good bazaar and I would recommend walking out to pigeon island. Selcuk is smaller but full of local character and archeological sites.English is less commonly spoken but the locals are very engaging and will find a neighbour who can help you out. As a lone female traveler I felt safe and welcome in both towns. The resort caters mostly to Turkish guests, you will not be getting a full English breakfast but fresh omelette, waffles, lots of lovely fruit,local continental style breakfast. I really enjoyed the dinner menu with a large selection of local dishes and beautiful deserts. I can't comment on the daytime entertainment as I was off resort most days, but the team was friendly. night time entertainment was good/ standard resort fair. The reason this did not get 5* is the room , although perfect size for my needs was a bit on the small size and the lighting was atmospheric to the extent of being nearly none existent. The balcony furniture was very utilitarian, uncomfortable . I had a late flight arriving 1:30 and would have appreciated some refreshments on arrival besides the water and coke in the fridge (no kettle or tea coffee). The changing room available after check out was very basic. The light in the shower was broken and drain didn't work flooding the single changing room. No hairdryer available.

clean and wide enough rooms, nice balcony and exceptional view, wide range of fresh food, salad bar is fantastic, if you are a very selective person, you will find your choice to eat, pools and the peach are awesome, entertainment team will never let you get bored, many places for children to enjoy their times, all speak English so easy to communicate, price value is reasonable.

I recently stayed at the Richmond Ephesus Hotel, and it was an incredible experience! The hotel's location is perfect, offering stunning views of the Aegean Sea and easy access to the historical sites of Ephesus. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The variety and quality of the food at the hotel's restaurants were impressive, with delicious options catering to all tastes. The amenities, including the beautiful pool area, spa, and private beach, added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

The hotel did not have a good service, the mini bar was not repeated every day, some of the employees had a racial attitude, considering that it was all there, the snacks were very limited, my daughter would stop for several minutes for an ice cream to be served, toothbrushes and toothpaste in the rooms There was no tooth. Calling the reception had no effect on the service process
