This budget hotel is located further away from Sendai station and is not walking distance with big luggage. The location is also a shopping street where there is a bus stop with bus heading to Sendai station. A short ride costs 120yen. The room is a bit dated and small though good enough for 1 person. Service staff at the check in counter are friendly and nice although English proficiency level is not high.

KOKO should have acquired many hotels of other brands and changed them to their own management model. There are two hotels near Sendai Station. One is located in the west of Sendai Station, a few minutes' walk away, but the building is older. The style inside is **** yellow, a bit like the decoration of Chinese homes in the 70s and 80s. The interior of this hotel is black, more like the Ginza store, but the building may be older. The location is very good, close to Aoba Street, with a park next to it. It is about 1.6km to Sendai Station by foot. There are barrier-free roads throughout the journey, so it is not a big problem even if you push the suitcase out of Sendai Station. The Japanese are a bit rigid in doing things. I arrived at 2:30, and there was a room, but I still asked the customer to wait until 3 o'clock to check in. Later, I don't know why I got it right again, and asked the customer to check in at 2:45. In short, on-site management is an art. If you are just working there, you just need to follow the process. It is not far from Tohoku University. Cross the road and walk to the end. After entering the campus, go straight and turn right, and you can see the statue of Mr. Li. Mr. Li's style is as high as the mountains and as long as the rivers. I caught up with the Aoba Festival, also known as the Sparrow Dance. I don't know the origin, but the liveliness and watchability are not as good as the Awa Dance Festival in Tokushima. I came here to join in the fun. On that Saturday, the price of accommodation around Sendai Station doubled. Only KOKO next to Dainen Park maintained the original price. Where can you find more than 200 per night? So I politely asked him to go back. Who can't hail on the roadside... In short, the KOKO series is worth staying for cost-effectiveness. But if you are a couple, especially on your honeymoon, well, you know, this is a business series, which may ruin your romantic atmosphere, not recommended... That's all.

The hotel is not far from the station and is also very close to the lively shopping street. Food and accommodation are very convenient. However, the hotel sign is not very conspicuous and it is easy to miss it when passing by. The reception hall is on the 7th floor of the hotel and you need to change to the elevator to get there. The guest room is not large. Toiletries are available in the lobby. There is a large bath on the top floor that guests can use for free. Overall, it is not bad!

I love this hotel so much. Room is super spacious and love the scent of this hotel once you step into this hotel. Walking distance to many places such as Sendai Morning Market , donki donki, Japanese local restaurants and Sendai Station ( a bit far ) If you didn’t book breakfast here is fine too, there are some restaurant nearby early in the morning for English Breakfast or to go. We drove our car here , however you need to pay JPY 1500 per day to park your car. Reception is at 26th floor so once you park your car you need to take lift to lobby and from lobby take another lift to reception check in.

The water pressure in the shower is strong and weak, and it becomes stressful because the momentum becomes strong or weak. Also, when it comes to temperature, it suddenly rises to nearly 50 degrees Celsius, and vice versa. If you start taking a shower, this will continue forever. Also, the ventilation port in the room (not in the shower room, there is an air exit by the bed) was bobbing at a tremendous volume, so I was soundproofed with a gum tape and slept. In addition, there are only two dryers for the laundry, and the drying is poor, so many people use it for about 90 minutes, so there is a waiting time. Also, unlike other stores, it is unmanned, so replenishment of amenities needs to call the staff one by one.

I was able to stay cheaply because the business hotel was vacant during the stepping stone holidays. There is no problem with the equipment. There were times when I was a little worried about the sound of water. Breakfast is a small sausage, grilled fish, potato salad, etc., and seaweed and natto are also served if you wish. Coffee and drinks were self-made and raised and lowered. There seems to be bread food. There is a trouser press for rent in front of the elevator, which seems to be convenient for those who have to crisp. There are many restaurants around, and the subway and Shinkansen are close.

The room is spacious, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and the shower and bathtub are also very advanced. It's fun to turn your head and take a bath. Breakfast is all local ingredients, and there are healthy vegetables such as bell peppers! In addition, luggage delivery service is provided between Sendai and Tokyo Station. There are many delicious and fun things to do at the station. We also ate specialties such as beef tongue and edamame milkshake. According to the information provided in the hotel leaflet, we took the loop tourist bus to visit several attractions in the city.

The hotel is located just a few minutes by walking behind the main station and there are a lot of yummy food stores along the way & at the station so we never stayed hungry. There was a lot of road works during the time we were there so it’s a bit inconvenient but apart from that the room was at decent size & very clean. If you arrive early than standard check-in time, do a little walk around the city center and come back a little before the time so that you may avoid the queue when everyone shows up at said time.

Very good accommodation experience 👍 There is plenty of space for two suitcases in the room. The room has twin beds, which are comfortable to sleep in. Air machines and aromatic sprays are provided. Toiletries are available in the lobby, and even bathrobes are provided. The bathroom has a bathtub. The check-in service is very warm, and you can also use express check-out when checking out (the room card is lost in the check-out box in the elevator) It's a pity that I didn't have the opportunity to pay extra for breakfast this time. I will definitely try it next time I stay here. It is very close to the back station of Sendai Station and just close to Hanamaki Bus Stop. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it a convenient area.

This hotel is beyond my expectation. First of all, the location is a bit far from Sendai Station, but there are free minibuses that take me directly to the hotel. Secondly, the hotel design style is very unique. The rooms are luxurious and large in Japan. The hotel lobby is elegant, with free morning tea and a discounted afternoon bar. The cleanliness is very comfortable, the smell is fresh and pleasant, and the bathroom has penetrating speakers, so if you are happy, it is fun to go to the bathroom with the TV. In addition, although the service staff can't speak Chinese, they are still very polite and patient to solve my cleaning needs. When I left the hotel, they sent me out of the lobby and watched the car go away, and kept bowing. The emotional value is in place, and the price seems to be very cheap haha
